المستخلص: Le commerce extérieur représente aujourd'hui le nerf névralgique des économies du monde, en vue de sa contribution au développement et à l'épanouissement économique, l'Organisation mondiale du commerce (OMC) est venue apporter de profonds changements au commerce international par la mise en place des fondements d'un nouveau régime du commerce extérieurAinsi, elle participe à la libéralisation du commerce extérieur, assure son attractivité dans le monde et lève tout les obstacles et barrières qui étaient à sa charge au par avant, sans ignorer le rôle que joue cette organisation sur les économiques des pays en voie de développement et l'augmentation des taux d'exportation tout en assurant l'investissement étranger direct.

Today, foreign trade is the central nerve of the economies of the world due to its contribution to development and economic recovery. The World Trade Organization (WTO) made fundamental changes in the world economy by laying the foundations of the new foreign trade regime by liberalizing foreign trade, ensuring its establishment among the world's countries, and lifting all restrictions and barriers imposed on them. Not to mention the effective role of this organization on developing countries' economies by achieving economic integration, raising export rates, and ensuring the flow of foreign direct investment.

أصبحت اليوم التجارة الخارجية تمثل العصب المركزي لاقتصاديات دول العالم، نظراً لما تساهمه في تحقيق التنمية والانتعاش الاقتصادي، فجاءت منظمة التجارة العالمية للقيام بتغيرات جوهرية في الاقتصاد العالمي من خلال إرساء أسس النظام الجديد للتجارة الخارجية، وذلك بتحرير التجارة الخارجية وضمان إنسياها بين بلدان العالم ورفع كل القيود والحواجز المفروضة عليها، ناهيك عن الدور الفعال التي تلعبه هاته المنظمة على اقتصاديات الدول النامية من خلال تحقيق التكامل الاقتصادي ورفع من معدلات التصدير وضمان تدفق الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر.
