المستخلص: The real estate book is a strong title, and a mechanism for controlling real estate ownership presented to owners in the surveyed lands according to ordinance 74/75 dated 11.12.1974, which includes the preparation of the general land survey and the establishment of the land registry. It is the only document to prove private real estate ownership in these lands. It is considered the natural spokesperson for the current legal status of real estate, as it reflects the status of the real estate recorded on this last real estate card that arises after the survey process. According to the ordinance mentioned above, the land registry or a set of real estate cards is formed and held with the authority entrusted with maintaining the real estate registry, the real estate preservation.

Le livret foncier est un titre d’appropriation fort et un mécanisme pour ajuster la propriété foncière est offert aux propriétaires sur les terrains numérisé conformément à la loi 74/75 en date du 12/11/1974 incluant la préparation de l'enquête sur les terres et la création du registre foncier, il est aussi le seul lien pour prouver la possession privée des biens fonciers dans ces terrains, et il est considéré comme le porte-parole naturel pour le statut juridique actuel des fonciers reflétant l'état du foncier enregistré sur la carte foncière, cette dernière est créée après le processus de numérisation et en conformité avec le terme mentionné ci-dessus soit formé le registre foncier ou l’ensemble des cartes foncières et collé avec la charge d'intérêt de la tenue du registre des terres qui est la conservation foncière.

الدفتر العقاري سند ملكية قوي وآلية لضبط الملكية العقارية يقدم للملاك في الأراضي الممسوحة طبقاً للأمر 74/75 المؤرخ في 1974.11.12 المتضمن إعداد مسح الأراضي العام وتأسيس السجل العقاري، وهو السند الوحيد لإثبات الملكية العقارية الخاصة في هذه الأراضي، ويعتبر الناطق الطبيعي للوضعية القانونية الحالية للعقارات حيث يعكس وضعية العقار المدونة على البطاقة العقارية هذه الأخيرة التي تنشأ بعد عملية المسح حيث ووفق الأمر المذكور أعلاه يتشكل السجل العقاري أو مجموعة البطاقات العقارية وتمسك لدى المصلحة المكلفة بمسك السجل العقاري وهي المحافظة العقارية.
