المستخلص: Ces dernières années, plusieurs organisations ont appliqué de nouveaux systèmes administratifs pour améliorer leurs méthodes de gestion. Parmi ceux-ci, les systèmes les plus utilisés, on trouve le système de management de la qualité ISO 9001, le système de management environnemental ISO 14001 et le système de management de la santé et la sécurité au travail OHSAS 18001. Cependant, l'absence de norme du système de management intégrée de la qualité, l'environnement, la santé et la sécurité au travail, beaucoup de recherches théoriques et appliquées ont été réalisées pour faciliter l'intégration des systèmes de management précédents en un seul système. En conséquence, cette recherche vise à identifier le concept du système de management intégrée et ces étapes d'application, en plus de souligner son importance pour répondre aux attentes et aux besoins des parties prenantes, Il vise également à identifier les avantages les plus importants revenants à l’organisation après application de ce système.

In recent years, many organizations have implemented new administrative regulations to improve their management methods. The most most used systems we find are ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. However, with the absence of a specification for the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety, several theoretical and applied studies have been carried out to facilitate the integration of previous management systems into a single system. Therefore, this research aims to identify the concept of the Integrated Management System and the steps of its implementation and highlight its importance in meeting the expectations and needs of stakeholders. It also aims to identify the most important benefits to the organization from implementing this system.

قامت العديد من المنظمات في السنوات الأخيرة بتطبيق أنظمة إدارية جديدة لتحسين طرق تسييرها، ومن بين هذه الأنظمة الأكثر استعمالاً نجد نظام إدارة الجودة ISO 9001، نظام الإدارة البيئية ISO 14001، نظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة المهنية OHSAS 18001، إلا أنه مع غياب مواصفة لنظام الإدارة المتكامل للجودة والبيئة والصحة والسلامة المهنية، فإنه تم إجراء العديد من الأبحاث النظرية والتطبيقية لتسهيل تكامل أنظمة الإدارة السابقة في نظام واحد. وعليه فإن هذا البحث يهدف إلى التعرف على مفهوم نظام الإدارة المتكامل وخطوات تطبيقه، بالإضافة إلى إبراز أهميته في تلبية توقعات واحتياجات أصحاب المصلحة، كما يهدف أيضاً إلى التعرف على أهم الفوائد التي تتحقق للمنظمة من تطبيق هذا النظام.
