|a هدف البحث التعرف على مهارات القيادة الإدارية بقسم التربية الرياضية بالهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب ودورها في إدارة أزمة كورونا بدولة الكويت، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي باستخدام الأسلوب المسحي نظرا لملائمته طبيعة البحث، وتم اختيار عينة البحث من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والأساتذة بعمادة شئون الطلبة المسئولين عن النشاط الرياضي بقسم التربية الرياضية بالهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب لعدد (٥٥) فردا، ومن خلال عرض الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة وعرض ومناقشة النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث يستنتج ما يلى: اتضح واقع مهارات القيادة الإدارية بقسم التربية الرياضية بالهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب حيث إنها تلم بمفهوم أزمة كورونا، وتعرف القيادة الإدارية بقسم التربية الرياضية أسباب حدوث أزمة كورونا، وتلم القيادة الإدارية بقسم التربية الرياضية بمفهوم إشارات الإنذار المبكر لأزمة كورونا وطرق اكتشافها وتمتلك القيادة الإدارية بقسم التربية الرياضية مهارات التحليل والاستنتاج لمساندة عملية اتخاذ القرار بإدارة أزمة كورونا. اتضح دور مهارات القيادة الإدارية بقسم التربية الرياضية بالهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب في إدارة أزمة كورونا بدولة الكويت حيث إنها ترسم سياسات مرنة تقلل من احتمالية إصابة العاملين بمرض كورونا، وتتنبأ القيادة الإدارية بقسم التربية الرياضية برصد مؤشرات أزمة كورونا قبل تفاقمها وتوفر القيادة الإدارية بقسم التربية الرياضية وسائل اتصال داخلية تعمل بكفاءة عند حدوث حالات كورونا.

|b The aim of the research is to identify the administrative leadership skills in the Department of Physical Education at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training and its role in managing the Corona crisis in the State of Kuwait. The researcher used the descriptive approach. The researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method due to its suitability and the nature of the research. The research sample was chosen from faculty members and professors in the Deanship. Students affairs in charge of sports activities in the Physical Education Department of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training for (55) individuals, and by presenting the theoretical framework and previous studies and presenting and discussing the findings of the researcher, he concludes the following: The reality of the administrative leadership skills in the Physical Education Department of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training has become clear, as it is familiar with the concept of the Corona crisis, and the authority’s leadership knows the causes of the Corona crisis, and the authority’s leadership knows the concept of early warning signs of the Corona crisis and methods of detection. The authority’s leadership possesses the skills of analysis and Conclusion to support the decision-making process to manage the Corona crisis. The role of administrative leadership skills in the Department of Physical Education at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in managing the Corona crisis in the State of Kuwait has become clear, as it draws flexible policies that reduce the likelihood of workers contracting Corona disease, and the authority’s leadership predicts monitoring indicators of the Corona crisis before its exacerbation and the authority’s leadership provides internal means of communication that work Efficiently when cases of corona occur.
