المستخلص: Title: The Psychology of the relationship between the Locus of control and the level of Stress the teaching profession in the physical education and knowledge-based approach based on the theory of social learning rueter field study depending on the variable) the age, sex, professional experience (physical) Backgrounds; Aims of study; This study aims to determine The Psychology of the relationship between the Locus of control and the level of Stress the teaching profession in the physical education and knowledge-based approach based on the theory of social learning rueter field study depending on the variable) the age, sex, professional experience) Sample; our study sample was selected randomly from the original community our study sample was selected randomly from the original community of Teachers of physical education and sports where the totals sample was comprised from 100 Instrument of study ; measurement tool used in this study evaluate The control center of the psychological preparation Rutter scale) and Professional design pressure of Mohammad Hassan Allawi scale and I've used the program spss program as analysis statistical tools to calculate the Pearson correlation coefficient t test ( student). Results; 1- The existence of a positive relationship and statistically function between the control center outside psychological pressure and work for the teachers of Physical Education and Sports. 2- results show that there are an significant differences on the control center outside psychological to a variable (age, sex) 3- results show that there are an significant differences on the Work Pressures to a variable (age, sex)

تسعى هذه الدراسة لمعرفة العلاقة بين مركز التحكم النفسي ومستوى ضغوط العمل لدى المربي الرياضي تبعا لمتغيرات (الجنس ، العمر الخبرة المهنية) وقد تم اختيار عينة البحث عشوائيا من المجتمع الأصلي والمتمثل أساتذة التربية البدنية وبلغ عددها: 100 كما تمثلت أدوات القياس المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة في مقياس التحكم النفسي الداخلي والخارجي لروتر ومقياس ضغوط العمل لمحمد حسن علاوي ولقد استعان البحث ببرنامج spss في المعالجة الإحصائية لحساب معامل الارتباط بيرسون، و ت t ستيودنت وغيرها، أما النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها فهي كالتالي - وجود علاقة ارتباطيه موجبة ودالة إحصائيا بين مركز التحكم النفسي الخارجي وضغوط العمل لدى المربي الرياضي. - وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين المربين الرياضيين في مركز التحكم النفسي ترجع لمتغير (السن، الجنس). - وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين المربين الرياضيين في ضغوط العمل ترجع لمتغير (العمر، الجنس، الخبرة المهنية).
