المستخلص: يعتبر السعي لتميز الأداء من أكثر الموضوعات أهمية وحداثة، حيث ظهرت معايير التميز في مقدمة الأهداف التي تسعى المؤسسات إلى تحقيقها لدعم المزيد من التميز والتفرد في أدائها المؤسسي، مما يتطلب من القيادات الإدارية بذل الجهود لتحقيق النجاح وإحراز التقدم بالاعتماد على السرعة والمرونة والابتكار، وأن التميز هو إطار فكرى واضح يعتمد على التكامل والترابط ويلزم منطق التفكير المنظومي الذى يرى المؤسسة على أنها منظومة متكاملة تتفاعل عناصرها وتتشابك آلياتها ومن ثم تكون مخرجاتها محصلة لقدرتها المتجمعة، وبالتالي فإن إدارة التميز هي القدرة على توفيق وتنسيق عناصر المؤسسة وتشغيلها في تكامل وترابط لتحقيق أعلى معدلات الفاعلية، والوصول بذلك إلى مستوى المخرجات الذى يحقق رغبات ومنافع وتوقعات أصحاب المصلحة المرتبطين بالمؤسسة، كما أن التغييرات السريعة والمتلاحقة - سواء كانت هذه التغييرات نتيجة قوى خارجية أو قوى داخلية في المجتمع - قد أدت إلى وصول الأندية الرياضية محافظة كفر الشيخ إلى حالة من التدهور، نتيجة لعدم قدرتها على التكيف مع هذه المستجدات وعدم القدرة على تطوير أساليب العمل الإداري بها، فضلا عن عدم وجود تنسيق للخطط والأنشطة لتتناسب مع التغييرات المعاصرة الجديدة، وقد هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دور التميز التنظيمي في تطوير الأداء الإداري بالأندية الرياضية بمحافظة كفر الشيخ، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي كأحد أنماطه، وقد تم تطبيق البحث على عينة مكونة من رؤساء وأعضاء مجالس إدارات الأندية الرياضية، ومدراء الأنشطة الرياضية والمدربين والإداريين العاملين بالأندية الرياضية بمحافظة كفر الشيخ وعددهم (٢٩٠) فردا، واستخدمت الباحثة في جمع البيانات استمارة استبيان من تصميم الباحثة، وأسفرت النتائج أن التميز التنظيمي بأبعاده (تميز الإستراتيجية- تميز القيادة - تميز الهيكل التنظيمي- تميز الثقافة التنظيمية - تميز المرؤوسين) له دور فعال في تطوير الأداء الإداري بالأندية الرياضية بمحافظة كفر الشيخ.

The pursuit excellence is one of the most important and modern topics' as the standards of excellence have emerged at the forefront of the goals that institutions seek to achieve to support more distinction and uniqueness in their institutional performance' which requires administrative leaders to make efforts to achieve success and make progress based on speed' flexibility and innovation' and that excellence is a framework A clear ideology that depends on integration and interdependence and requires the logic of systemic thinking that sees the institution as an integrated system whose elements interact and its mechanisms are intertwined' and then its outputs are the result of its combined capacity' and therefore the management of excellence is the ability to reconcile and coordinate the elements of the institution and operate it in integration and interdependence to achieve the highest rates of effectiveness and access Thus' to the level of outputs that achieve the desires' benefits and expectations of the stakeholders associated with the institution' and the rapid and successive changes - whether these changes are the result of external forces or internal forces in society - have led to the arrival of sports clubs in Kafr El-Sheikh governorate to a state of deterioration' as a result of their inability to Adapting to these developments and the inability to develop administrative work methods by them' as well as the lack of atmosphere D. Coordination of plans and activities to suit the new contemporary changes. The current study aimed to identify the role of organizational excellence in developing the administrative performance in sports clubs in Kafr El Sheikh Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method as one of its patterns. The research was applied on a sample consisting of heads and members of boards of directors. Sports clubs' managers of sports activities' coaches and administrators working in sports clubs in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate' numbering (290) individuals' and the researcher used in collecting data a questionnaire form designed by the researcher' and the results resulted in organizational distinction in its dimensions (distinguishing strategy- leadership distinction- organizational structure excellence - culture distinction) Organizational - the excellence of subordinates) has an effective role in developing the administrative performance of sports clubs in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate.
