المستخلص: "Since independence, Algeria has had a political offensive against the attempts of expansionism and annexation of land that belonged to other countries. In this context, Algeria protested against the presence of Mauritania and Morocco in the Sahara territory, more than that, Algeria has never recognized the border limits between the two countries signed 14 April 1976 indicating it is an act of aggression in order to exploit the wealth of this region, completely marginalizing the Saharawi population. The subject of borders has always been an important issue that has occupied much interest in the foreign policy of Algeria. A policy based on international law who accompanied the colonized peoples in their process of decolonization. The concepts are also clear. The Algerian government has called on Morocco and Mauritania to change their attitude. The same thing with regard to Spain. The right to self-determination was always sacred to the Algerians. This right has been confirmed by all the countries involved in the conflict, namely Spain, Morocco and Mauritania. But the unilateral decision to break the agreements and previous commitments to the decolonization of the territory of Western Sahara has created an unstable area, always remembering that the leaders of the three neighboring countries have agreed to this in several previous interviews. Algeria noted their willingness to maintain better relations with Morocco, and ensured the neighborhood, knowing that both countries belong to a civilization and a common history. So it is understood that the war between the Polisario and the Moroccan army was not caused by Algeria. Instead, the Algerian regime fought against the causes rather than this may damage the historic ties between the countries in the region and has always called for a peaceful political solution."
