|a تسعى هذه الورقة العلمية لتقديم قراءة تاريخية؛ وفق مقاربة سياسية للعلاقات الجزائرية المغربية ما بين القرنين السادس عشر والثامن عشر الميلاديين. كما تهدف إلى البحث في مستويات الموضوع معرفيا ومنهجيا، وهي محاولة تفكيكية لمستويات الموضوع معرفيا، تفضي بنا إلى معالجة مجموعة من التساؤلات، التي تعتبر الإجابة عنها كلبنة لتأسيس موضوع البحث. وقد تم معالجة أهم معالم الوضع السياسي لبلدان المغرب الإسلامي، قبل مجيء الأتراك العثمانيين، مع الإشارة إلى أهم مظاهر العلاقات السياسية بين الجزائر والمغرب، وذلك في سياق البحث عن المبررات التي تحكمت في رسم العلاقات السياسية بين البلدين.

|b This Scientific document attempts to give a historical reading according to the political approach for the Algerian and Moroccan relations between the sixteenth and the eighteen centuries. It aims to search for the cognitive and methodic topic levels. It is also a dismantling attempt for the cognitive topic level which lead us to addressed some questions, and which answers are considered as a brick to establish the topic of the study. This research paper exhausts the major’s milestones of political situation in the Islamic Maghrebine countries before the coming of the ottomans, with reference to the important manifestations of the political relations between Algeria and Morocco and in the context of researching the justifications which controlled in drawing the political relations between these two countries.
