المستخلص: A lot of the Algerian zitonite elite has not been dusted to this day. Among them is Sheikh Al-Tayeb bin Issa Al-Belidi, whose family immigrated to Tunisia during the period of the French occupation of Algeria, where the latter presented many works in the Tunisian intellectual, media and political fields during the first half of the twentieth century. So, who is Sheikh Al-Tayyib bin Issa? What is his role and his media and intellectual activity? What is his struggle in the Tunisian national movement? As one of the Algerian elites who gave a lot to the Tunisian Nation.

jusqu’a à présent on a pas fus des études monographie au élites algériens de Ezzeitouna. Le cheikh Taieb Ben Issa de Blida , l’un des élèves de la grande mosquée , dont sa famille a émigré en Tunisie pendant l'occupation française de l’Algérie, a beaucoup apporté à la scène intellectuelle, médiatique et politique tunisienne durant la première moitié du XXe siècle.
Qu’est Sheikh Taieb ben Issa, et quel est son rôle et son activité médiatique , intellectuelle et quelle ?et quel est son rôle dans la lutte au sein du mouvement national tunisien ? en tant que membre de l'élite algérienne, qui a fait une grande partie du pays tunisien.


الكثير من النخبة الزيتونية الجزائرية لم ينفض عنهما الغبار إلى يومنا هذا، ومن هؤلاء الشيخ الطيب بن عيسى البليدي، الذي هاجرت عائلته إلى تونس خلال فترة الاحتلال الفرنسي للجزائر، حيث قدم هذا الأخير الكثير من الأعمال في الميادين الفكرية والإعلامية والسياسية التونسية خلال النصف الأول من القرن العشرين. فمن يكون الشيخ الطيب بن عيسى؟ وما هو دوره ونشاطه الإعلامي والفكري؟ وما هو نضاله في الحركة الوطنية التونسية؟ باعتباره واحد من النخبة الجزائرية التي قدمت الكثير للبلاد التونسية.
