Wastewater contains very toxic pollutants and can cause serious damage to the health of humans. Achieving a highly efficient sanitation system for wastewater collection is the primary goal of the National Sanitation Office (O. N. A.). In this work, a comparative study between the two-wastewater treatment units is carried out to identify the best method of wastewater treatment. This work is based on the study of physical chemical parameters as well as biological parameters for the treatment of wastewater at the Ouargla and Tougourt cites. The study deals with the measurement of various physical-chemical properties such as, electrical conductivity, suspended solids, chemical oxygen demand, biochemical oxygen demand, temperature, pH ... etc.) of the water. |
