المستخلص: Le mouvement associatif en Algérie occupe une place importante au sein de la jeunesse et la classe moyenne, Il est considéré comme un affluent majeur du travail des masses, cela en fait une caractéristique des sociétés modernes ; car il reflète l'ampleur de la prise de conscience de la société et son ouverture au pluralismeet aux libertés humaines.
Compte tenu du rôle actif qu'il joue dans divers domaines de la vie, il est devenu un sujet important d'intérêt pour les chercheurs et les intellectuels de diverses disciplines des sciences sociales, En plus d'être un indicateur de développement et de civilisation de la société, il représente également l'infrastructure de la société civile, qui représente un espace public dans lequel s’organisent les différents acteurs sociaux.
C'est dans ce contexte que nous tentons d'identifier les répercussions les plus importantes des réformes politiques et constitutionnelles que l'Algérie a connues et leur impact sur la société civile en général et notamment sur le mouvement associatif, en soulignant le rôle deces réformes politiques et constitutionnelles sur la société civile.


Collective work in Algeria occupies an essential position within the area of interest of young people and the middle class and is considered a major tributary of mass work, and a prominent feature of modern societies for it expresses the awareness of society and opens it up to pluralism and human freedoms. Given its active role in various fields of life, it has become an important topic of interest to researchers and thinkers from different disciplines of social sciences. It is also considered an indicator of society's development and urbanization and represents the infrastructure of civil society, which represents a public space in which various social actors are organized. From this point of view, we are trying through this paper to identify the most important implications of the political and constitutional reform processes that Algeria has known to the co-operative movement in particular and civil society in general by highlighting the role of reformist influences in the process of real activation of civil society associations.

يحتل العمل الجمعوي في الجزائر موقعاً أساسياً ضمن مساحة اهتمام الشباب والطبقة الوسطى، ويعتبر رافداً رئيسياً من روافد العمل الجماهيري، وسمة بارزة من سمات المجتمعات الحديثة لأنها تعبر عن وعي المجتمع وتفتحه على التعددية والحريات الإنسانية، وبالنظر إلى الدور الفعال الذي تلعبه في مختلف مجالات الحياة، فإنها أصبحت من الموضوعات الهامة التي تحظى باهتمام الباحثين والمفكرين من مختلف تخصصات العلوم الاجتماعية، إلى جانب كونها تعتبر مؤشراً عن مدى تطور المجتمع وتحضره فإنما تمثل أيضاً البنية التحتية للمجتمع المدني الذي يمثل فضاءً عاماً ينتظم فيه مختلف الفاعلين الاجتماعيين، ومن هذا المنطلق نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة تحديد أهم انعكاسات العمليات الإصلاحية السياسية والدستورية التي عرفتها الجزائر على الحركة الجمعوية بصفة خاصة والمجتمع المدني عامة، وذلك من خلال إبراز دور المؤثرات الإصلاحية في عملية التفعيل الحقيقي لجمعيات المجتمع المدني.
