The article aims to study the importance of gold as a safe haven during the Corona pandemic, which caused severe crises in global financial markets, and affected global economic activity. And that is through the correlation between the financial markets of Tokyo, Cairo, Paris and New York on the one hand, and gold prices on the other. It was concluded that gold is considered a safe haven for investors in Tokyo, Cairo and Paris, the relationship is inverse and statistically significant, while the relationship is inverse without statistical significance between gold prices and the Nasdaq index in New York, because investors in the United States of America go to another safe haven, which is represented in treasury bonds American. Generally speaking, gold is considered a safe haven in the time of the Corona pandemic, because of its low risk, high liquidity and self-worth, it is a storehouse of wealth. L'article vise à étudier l'importance de l'or en tant que valeur refuge pendant la pandémie de Corona, qui a provoqué de graves crises sur les marchés financiers mondiaux et affecté l'activité économique mondiale. Et c'est grâce à la corrélation entre les marchés financiers de Tokyo, Le Caire, Paris et New York d'une part, et les prix de l'or d'autre part. Il a été conclu que l'or est considéré comme un refuge pour les investisseurs à Tokyo, au Caire et à Paris, la relation est inverse et statistiquement significative, tandis que la relation est inverse sans signification statistique entre les prix de l'or et l'indice Nasdaq à New York, car les investisseurs aux États-Unis d'Amérique se tournent vers un autre refugequi est représenté dans les bons du Trésor Américain. De manière générale, l'or est considéré comme un refuge sûr au moment de la pandémie de Corona, en raison de son faible risque, de sa liquidité élevée et de sa valeur personnelle, il est un réservoir de richesse. يهدف المقال إلى دراسة أهمية الذهب كملاذ آمن خلال جائحة كورونا، التي سبب أزمات حادة في الأسواق المالية العالمية، وأثرت على النشاط الاقتصادي العالمي. وذلك من خلال الارتباط بين الأسواق المالية لكل من طوكيو، القاهرة، باريس ونيويورك من جهة، وأسعار الذهب من جهة أخرى. تم التوصل إلى أن الذهب يعتبر كملاذ آمن للمستثمرين في طوكيو، القاهرة وباريس، فالعلاقة عكسية وذات دلالة إحصائية، بينما العلاقة عكسية بدون دلالة إحصائية بين أسعار الذهب ومؤشر نازداك بنيويورك، وذلك لتوجه المستثمرين في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية إلى ملاذ آمن آخر، المتمثل في سندات الخزينة الأمريكية. عموما، فإن الذهب يعتبر كملاذ آمن في زمن جائحة كورونا، لمخاطرته القليلة وسيولته المرتفعة ولقيمته الذاتية، فهو مخزن للثروة. |
