المستخلص: The purpose of this research is to highlight the importance of interest in the sites of cultural heritage in Algeria and the requirements of its rehabilitation and appreciation in order to increase its contribution to the revitalization of the tourism sector in general and the development of cultural tourism in particular. Algeria has many cultural heritage sites distributed geographically throughout the country, but its rehabilitation and exploitation to develop the tourism sector is still very weak, which has negatively affected Algeria's attractiveness as a global tourist destination. The study concluded that there is a significant delay in the classification of these sites locally and internationally within The World Heritage List. There is also a deficit in the tourism infrastructure required by these sites, as well as a lack of promotion and integration within the framework of Tourism Development Plan Horizons 2030.

Le but de cette recherche est de mettre en évidence la nécessité de prêter attention aux sites du patrimoine culturel en Algérie et les exigences de leur réhabilitation et de leur valorisation afin d'accroître leur contribution à la revitalisation du secteur du tourisme en général et au développement du tourisme culturel en particulier. L'Algérie possède de nombreux sites du patrimoine culturel répartis géographiquement dans l'ensemble du pays, mais sa réhabilitation et son exploitation pour développer le secteur du tourisme sont encore très faibles, ce qui a nui à l'attractivité de l'Algérie en tant que destination touristique mondiale. L'étude a conclu à un retard important dans le processus de classification de ces sites aux niveaux local et mondial. Sur la Liste du patrimoine mondial, l’infrastructure touristique requise par ces sites est déficitaire, de même que le manque de promotion et d’intégration dans le cadre du Plan de développement du tourisme Horizons 2030.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية الاهتمام بمواقع التراث الثقافي في الجزائر ومتطلبات تأهيلها وتثمينها، قصد زيادة مساهمتها في تنشيط قطاع السياحة عموما وتطوير السياحة الثقافية خصوصا. تملك الجزائر العديد من مواقع التراث الثقافي المنتشرة جغرافيا عبر قطر الوطن، إلا أن تأهيلها واستغلالها لتطوير قطاع السياحة ما زال ضعيفا للغاية مما أثر سلبا على جاذبية الجزائر كوجهة سياحية عالمية، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن هناك تأخرا كبير في عملية تصنيف هذه المواقع محليا وعالميا ضمن قائمة التراث العالمي، كما أن هناك عجزا مسجلا في البنى التحتية السياحية التي تتطلبها هذه المواقع، بالإضافة إلى نقص الترويج لها ودمجها في إطار المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية آفاق 2030.
