المستخلص: Les petites et moyennes entreprises et leur développement sont la principale préoccupation de nombreux gouvernements et organisations internationales , en tant que moyen approprié de réaliser le développement dans les sociétés développées et en développement, où aujourd'hui montre que ces institutions ont une grande capacité à survivre, et aussi à la concurrence, malgré les défis importants que la mondialisation pose aux économies de divers pays, en particulier les pays en développement, qui aspirent à travers ces PME à faire avancer leur développement.
En Algérie, les données économiques et sociales montrent que l'économie algérienne au stade actuel doit suivre des politiques, des méthodes et des idées intelligentes pour bénéficier de la voie de l'intégration mondiale économique et commercial sur la base la plus large possible ,en conséquence les petites et moyennes entreprises ne sont plus une idée mais plus qu'une réalité, c'est l'expérience de nombreux pays qui croient que le développement de leurs économies dépend principalement de ce qu'elles réalisent et de la réalisation de ces institutions.


Small and medium enterprises are a concern of many governments and international organizations as how to develop them considering them as the appropriate means to achieve development in developed and developing societies alike, whereas it appears today that these institutions have a great ability to survive, as well as competition despite the great challenges that globalization poses to the economies of various countries, especially the developing ones, through which they aspire to move the wheel of development in them.
In Algeria, the economic and social data show and confirm that the Algerian economy at the current stage needs to follow smart policies, methods and ideas to benefit from the path of integration and global economic and trade linkage on the widest scale. Small and medium enterprises are no longer just an idea, but more than a reality, as it is the experience of many countries that believe that the development of their economies depends primarily on what these institutions accomplish and achieve.

تعتبر المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وكيفية تنميتها الشغل الشاغل للكثير من الحكومات والمنظمات الدولية باعتبارها الوسيلة المناسبة لتحقيق التنمية في المجتمعات المتقدمة والنامية على حد سواء، حيث يظهر اليوم أن لهذه المؤسسات قدرة كبيرة على البقاء، وأيضاً المنافسة، رغم ما تحمله العولمة من تحديات كبيرة على اقتصاديات مختلف الدول خاصة منها النامية، التي تطمح عن طريقها لتحريك عجلة التنمية فيها.
وفي الجزائر فإن المعطيات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية تبين كما تؤكد على أن الاقتصاد الجزائري في المرحلة الراهنة يحتاج إلى إتباع سياسات وطرق وأفكار ذكية للاستفادة من مسار الاندماج والارتباط الاقتصادي والتجاري العالمي على أوسع نطاق، فالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لم تعد مجرد فكرة إنما هي أكثر من واقع، فهي تجربة الكثير من الدول التي باتت تؤمن أن تنمية اقتصادياتها تعتمد في الأساس على ما تنجزه وتحققه تلك المؤسسات.
