|d Déclarée en janvier 2020 comme pandémie par l'Organisation mondiale de la santé, la Covid 19 a non seulement représenté un défi pour la communauté scientifique, mais aussi pour les Etats du monde entier en paralysant la quasi-totalité des secteurs d’activités, notamment celui des hydrocarbures. L’article vise à mettre en lumière la situation de l’économie mondiale que vit la plupart des pays à cause de cette crise sanitaire de la Covid-19. Et nous proposons une lecture sur la situation de l’économie mondiale caractérisée par les bouleversements, dus à la crise survenue suite à la pandémie de la COVID-19, accentuée par la chute brutale des prix du pétrole, tout en abordant la géopolitique du pétrole.

|b Declared in January 2020 as a pandemic by the World Health Organization, Covid 19 has not only represented a challenge for the scientific community, but also for States around the world by paralyzing almost all sectors of activity, in particular that of hydrocarbons. The article aims to shed light on the situation in the global economy that most countries are experiencing as a result of this Covid-19 health crisis. And we offer a reading on the situation of the world economy characterized by upheavals, due to the crisis that arose following the COVID-19 pandemic, accentuated by the sharp fall in oil prices, while addressing the geopolitics of oil.
