المستخلص: A l’ère de l’internet, le cadre rigoureux et silencieux des bibliothèques traditionnelles a disparu et la dématérialisation des supports, impose de nouveaux usages et usagers. Ces changements poussent les bibliothèques à repenser leurs missions. Outre, leurs attributions classique, certaines d’entres eux, se dotent d’une offre élargie en supports et services. Au-delà des aspects liés au cadre souvent austère et silencieux de nos bibliothèques, le souci accru du « troisième lieu » ou «hyper-lieu » à l’étrangers devrait nous incités à réfléchir à ce concept dont l’importance est liée aux personnes et à leurs pratiques. Mais de quoi d’agit-il au juste ? Quelle est ce concept bibliothéconomique dans sa globalité ?

In the Internet era, the traditional libraries with silent and rigorous atmosphere are no more valid nowadays, especially with supports dematerialization which will lead new behaviors and new use. These changes will lead to rethink about libraries missions, far away from classical assignments; certain libraries are offering a wide supports and services. Apart from aspects liked to silent and stark frame of our libraries, the permanent question of the “third place” or “Hyper place” abroad must take us to think about a new concept with a big importance concerning people and their use. But what is exactly about? What is this librarianship concept as a whole?
