|a تلعب المعرفة دوراً هاماً في التطور التنظيمي وتحسين الأداء، ويرتكز البحث على محاولة الإجابة على التساؤلين التاليين: هل يتوافر لدى وزارة السياحة آليات إدارة المعرفة؟. وما هي المعوقات التي تعوق تطبيق إدارة المعرفة بالشكل الأمثل في وزارة السياحة؟. هذا ويهدف البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على مدى وعي العاملين بوزارة السياحة بمصطلح إدارة المعرفة، تقييم مدى توافر المصادر الداخلية والخارجية للمعرفة بوزارة السياحة ومدى الارتكاز على المعرفة الضمنية والصريحة. تقييم مدى تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في وزارة السياحة، والتعرف على معوقات تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في وزارة السياحة. تم تطبيق البحث على وزارة السياحة، وارتكز على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واعتمد في البيانات والمعلومات على المصادر الثانوية، والمصادر الأولية؛ من خلال تصميم استمارة استبيان وتوزيعها على عينة من الجهاز الإداري بوزارة السياحة خلال الفترة من أبريل وحتى أغسطس من عام 2019 للمساهمة في الإجابة على تساؤلات البحث وتحقيق أهدافه. هذا وقد توصل البحث للعديد من النتائج والتوصيات.

|b Knowledge plays an important role in organizational development and performance improvement. The research is based on trying to answer the following two questions: Does the Ministry of Tourism have knowledge management mechanisms? What are obstacles that hinder the optimal application of knowledge management in the Ministry of Tourism?. The research aims at the following: - Highlighting awareness of the Ministry of Tourism's employees about the term knowledge management. - Assessment of the extent of availability of internal and external sources of knowledge in the Ministry of Tourism and the extent of reliance on implicit and explicit knowledge. - Assessment of the extent of application of knowledge management in the Ministry of Tourism. - Identifying obstacles of the knowledge management application in the Ministry of Tourism. The research was applied to the Ministry of Tourism and is based on the descriptive- survey approach. By designing the questionnaire, collecting and analyzing data and information, and then presenting the results. Where the questionnaire forms were distributed to a sample from the administrative body of the Ministry of Tourism during the period from April to August of 2019 to contribute to answer the research questions and achieve its objectives..
