|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور المخدرات في حدوث الجريمة في المجتمع الفلسطيني من وجهة نظر الأكاديميين العاملين في جامعة الاستقلال. وتتلخص مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيس وهو: "ما هو دور المخدرات في حدوث الجريمة؟". واستعان الباحث بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج ولعل أهمها: عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تصورات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو الآثار الأمنية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والدينية والصحية الجسدية والصحية النفسية لدور المخدرات في حدوث الجريمة في المجتمع الفلسطيني من وجهة نظر الأكاديميين العاملين في جامعة الاستقلال (الجنس، العمر، المؤهل العلمي، الكلية، مكان السكن، الحالة الاجتماعية)، وهذا يؤكد أن للمخدرات دور في حدوث الجريمة من وجهة نظر المبحوثين ولم تتأثر بالنوع الاجتماعي ولا بالعمر ولا بالمؤهل العلمي ولا بالكلية ولا بمكان السكن ولا بالحالة الاجتماعية، فالكل يجمع أن للمخدرات دور في حدوث الجرائم وحدوث الآثار المختلفة المترتبة علي التعاطي علي الفرد وعلي المجتمع، ومن أهم التوصيات: يجب على جميع أجهزة الدولة التكاتف فيما بينها من أجل وقاية جميع أفراد المجتمع من آفة المخدرات والعمل على مكافحتها بكافة الوسائل والأساليب والطرق، ويجب علي المؤسسات التربوية الحكومية وغير الحكومية، استثمار الجانب الديني من خلال تعزيز هذا الجانب والعمل علي غرس القيم الأصيلة والعادات والتقاليد السليمة المنبثقة من تعاليم الإسلام، وعلي وسائل الإعلام وخاصة الإعلام الأمني مسئولية كبيرة في توعية جميع أفراد المجتمع بالآثار المترتبة علي تعاطي المخدرات.

|b This study aimed to reveal the role of narcotics in the occurrence of crime in Palestinian society from the point of view of academics working at Al-Istiqlal University. The problem of the study is summarized in the main question: "What is the role of drugs in the occurrence of crime?" The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study concluded with a set of results, perhaps the most important of which are: the absence of statistically significant differences in the perceptions of the study sample members towards the security, economic, social, religious, physical and mental health effects of the role of drugs in the occurrence of crime in Palestinian society from the point of view of academics working in Al- Istiqlal University, (gender, age, educational qualification, college, place of residence, marital status), and this confirms that narcotics have a role in the occurrence of crime from the respondents’ point of view and were not affected by gender, age, academic qualification, college, place of residence or social status. Narcotics have a role in the occurrence of crimes and the occurrence of various effects of abuse on the individual and society. The most important recommendations are: All state agencies must unite among themselves in order to prevent all members of society from the scourge of drugs and work to combat it by all means, methods and methods, and governmental and non-governmental educational institutions must invest in the religious aspect by strengthening this aspect and working to inculcate authentic values and the sound customs and traditions that emerge From the teachings of Islam, and the media, especially the security media, have a great responsibility to educate all members of society about the effects of drug abuse.
