المستخلص: شغلت فكرة كتابة التاريخ الكوني العالمي - ورد اللفظين عند اليعقوبي والمسعودي- أذهان بعض مؤرخي المشرق الإسلامي، بدءا ببدء الخليقة إلى غاية الخلافة الإسلامية، وبالتالي تميز بالشمولية أكثر. وكان اهتمامهم بالأقطار الإسلامية أمر فرضته وحدة التاريخ والسياسة، وبمعنى آخر الارتباط بالخلافتين الأموية ثم العباسية، وحتم هذا الوضع ارتباط التاريخ بالجغرافية نتيجة شساعة الرقعة الجغرافية. هذا ما ميز التدوين التاريخي في المدارس التاريخية المشرقية (المصرية، الشامية، العراقية) إلا أن هذه المدارس التاريخية تباينت فيما بينها من حيث الدقة والعمق والتنوع والشمولية، وراجع ذلك إلى طبيعة المصادر التي اعتمدتها والهدف من التأليف. نقف في هذا المقال عند إحدى المصادر المشرقية غير معروفة لدى غالبية الباحثين في تاريخ الغرب الإسلامي، هو كتاب "العيون والحدائق في أخبار الحقائق" لمجهول. تكمن أهميته في أنه أرخ لبعض أحداث الغرب الإسلامي، بل وانفرد وحفظ لنا بعض الأخبار استقاها من مصادر المغرب الإسلامي المفقودة، مع أنه اهتم فيه بتاريخ وحضارة الخلافة الإسلامية بالمشرق الإسلامي، ولم يكن تاريخ المغرب من اهتماماته. وتجدر الإشارة أن الكتاب في أجزاء، منشور منه الجزء الثالث والرابع، والجزء السابع مطبوع لكن نادر جدا غير منتشر في أوساط الباحثين، في حين بقية الأجزاء مفقودة. سنتعرض بالتحليل لمنهجه وأسلوبه في التعرض لأخبار الغرب الإسلامي من حيث السيرورة والتقطع والشمولية والعمق والسطحية، وكذا أسباب ذكره لبعض أخباره دون أخرى.

The idea of writing universal history- the Two Words of Yakouni and Al Messaoudi- occupied the minds of most historians of the Islamic Orient From the beginning of creation to the Islamic Caliphate, thus characterized as more comprehensive. Their focus on Islamic countries was imposed by the unity of history and politics, in other words, the connection of the two caliphate, the Umayyad and Abbasid. This situation inevitably linked history to geography as a result of the vast geographical area. This is what characterized the historical codification in the historical schools of the East (Egyptian, Syrian-Jordanian and Lebanese , Iraqi), but these historical schools varied among them in terms of accuracy, depth, diversity and inclusiveness, and refer to the nature of the sources adopted and the purpose of authorship.We stand in this article at one of the Oriental sources unknown to the majority of researchers in the history of the Islamic West. It is the book "Oyoun Wa Hadaek Fi Akhbar Al Hakaek”(Eyes and Gardens in the News of Facts) for anonymous. The book importance lies in the fact that it chronicled some of the events of the Islamic West. and even saved some news from the sources of the lost Maghreb In fact, some of the news has been singled out and saved from the missing sources of the Islamic Maghreb, even though it cares about the history and civilization of the Islamic caliphate in the Islamic Orient and Morocco’s history was not concerned in the book. It should be noted that the book is in parts, only parts III, IV, and VII are printed but very rare and not spread among researchers, while the rest are missing. We will analyze the methodology and style when we will expose the news of the Islamic West in terms of process ,discontinuity, comprehensiveness, depth and superficiality, as well reasons for mentioning some of his news
