المستخلص: "Cultural scientists, reformers and philosophers were very interested in Ibn Hazem El Andaloussi and his religions cultural and scientific patrimony, for he founded the basics of many genders of sciences which still confirm their values among which his book «Al Fasl fi-l Milal wa-l Ahwa’i wa-l Nihal». It is considered as the first encyclopedia in the science of «comparative study of the religions». The book treated the different situations of different religions such as the Judaism, Christianism and the many Islamic Sects and also the atheism and so forth... Ibn Hazem wanted to put an end to religious rivalities between the different religious sects in Andalusia. He declared war to all the extremist ideas as he countered the doubtful ideas of the Islam Sects. The book was of a great historical, intellectual and documentary value for what it recorded in the intellectual, social, politic and economic history of the various Islamic sects and other groups in Andalusia. The book was distinguished from others by its knowledge of resources of the religions and sects. The book treated these sects in such a way that it put theories about Judaism and Christianism by which he advanced the erudies of these two religions. Ibn Hazem studied scientifically religions. His study relied on the scientific analysis and historical criticism. This made him a unique historian. He refuted many religions story texts in a scientific and logic way. For his refusal was based upon the methodological criticism. He also made use of this method to confirm the state of the transmitters of the information."
