المستخلص: Among the areas that contribute when you open them in revealing the mystery that prevails in some sides from the history of the Islamic Maghreb, the relationship between the authority and the elite scientist, because he cannot draw a clear picture that embodies the relationship between the scientist and the Sultan, ranging between loyalty and fulfillment and between aversion and hostility, while many scientists have preferred convergence under the banner of the Sultan and his service, many groups of scientists saw that this contradicts their ethics as it has the unfortunate aspect and humiliation to his family. This is what pushed us to conduct a study in this subject to solve the problematic of the relationship between the scientist and the Sultan and trying to monitor the changes in the interactive relationship between the elite scientist and the ruling authority?"
