| 520 | |a كان لمنطقة الريف في كل الأوقات علاقات وثيقة ربطتها بالمناطق المجاورة لها، وتدعم ذلك أكثر خلال نهاية القرن 19 وبداية القرن 20م بسبب الحالة المعقدة لحدود المملكة المغربية الشرقية، حيث كان الطرف المغربي يعتبر المناطق المتاخمة لحدوده بمثابة امتداد لمجاله الحيوي وموطن هجرة في حال المشاكل العسكرية، وهكذا وخلال ثورة محمد بن عبد الكريم الخطابي ونظرا لضعف الإمكانات العسكرية والاقتصادية في مقابل الآلة الحربية الإسبانية، لعبت تلمسان دور الخلفية الحقيقية للمغرب، وقد أكد ذلك عدد من قادة المقاومة المغربية على غرار امحمد بن عبد الكريم ومحمد أزرقان وحدو بن حمو وغيرهم.\nوقد ساهمت تلمسان بحكم تراثها وتنوعها الثقافي والبشري، ومن خلال رجالها في العلاقات التاريخية والاجتماعية والسياسية مع المغرب الأقصى، وبخاصة بجهته الشمالية الشرقية (منطقة الريف). \nكما مثلت تلمسان عمق المنطقة الريفية، حيث لم تكتف بدعم أهل الريف خلال حربهم الضروس ضد المحتل الإسباني، بل وفرت لهم كل ما يحتاجون إليه في المجالات السياسية والاقتصادية والدبلوماسية، وذلك على مرآى ومسمع من الاستعمار الفرنسي، وبهذا فإن تلمسان وبفضل مشاركتها في هذه الأحداث التاريخية الهامة قد رسخت اسمها في التاريخ وفي كتابة صفحاته المجيدة على المستوى المحلي والجهوي والمغاربي. \nومن أجل إنجاز هذا البحث اعتمدت على وثائق وزارة الخارجية الفرنسية، وعلى مخطوط أحمد اسكيرج الموسوم بـ"الظل الوريف في محاربة الريف". | ||
| 520 | |f The Rif region has at all times had close relations with its surrounding areas, which is further supported by the periods of the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century due to the complex situation of the eastern borders of the Kingdom of Morocco. The Moroccan side considered the areas adjacent to its borders as an extension of its vital field and a place to migrate in the event of military problems. Thus, during the revolution of Mohammed bin Abdul Karim al-Khattabi and due to the weak military and economic potential versus the Spanish war machine, Tlemcen played the role of the true background of Morocco. This has been confirmed by a number of Moroccan resistance leaders such as Mohammed bin Abdulkarim, Mohamed Azarqan, Hado bin Hamo, and others.\nThanks to its heritage and cultural and human diversity, Tlemcen, through its men, has contributed to historical, social, and political relations with the Far Maghreb, particularly in its north-eastern part (Rif region). \nTlemcen also represented the depth of the rural area, where it not only supported the people of the Rif during their drastic war against the Spanish occupier but also provided them with everything they needed in the political, economic, and diplomatic fields and in full view of the French colonialism. Thus, thanks to its participation in these important historical events, Tlemcen has established its name in history and in writing its glorious pages at the local, regional, and Maghrebi levels. \nIn order to complete this research, it relied on the documents of the French Foreign Ministry and on Ahmed Eskerge's manuscript, which is named "Al-Zill Al Warif fi Muharabat Al Rif."\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 | ||
