| 520 | |b This article proposes to highlight the constitutive, justifying and explanatory elements of the triad '' Local Governance, Attractiveness and Territorial Competitiveness '', a relationship sometimes made of causality and sometimes of interdependence ... Indeed, the effectiveness of the system local governance is a determining factor in the attractiveness of a given territory, on the one hand, and on the other hand, this attractiveness is a criterion of territorial competitiveness. As a result, a system of local governance is a determinant of territorial competitiveness. The methodological approach adopted to analyze this relationship consisted initially in a conceptual analysis of each element of the study, and in a second step, we tried to explain the link between these three concepts in relation to the territory, and in a third time we tried to transpose the problematic of this triad on the case of Algeria. | ||
| 520 | |d Cet article se propose de mettre en évidence les éléments constitutifs, justificatifs et explicatifs de la triade ‘’Gouvernance locale, Attractivité et Compétitivité territoriales’’, une relation tantôt faite de causalité et tantôt d’interdépendance… En effet, l’efficacité du système de gouvernance local est un facteur déterminant de l’attractivité d’un territoire donné, d’une part, et d’autre part, cette attractivité est un critère de compétitivité territoriale. Conséquemment, un système de gouvernance local constitue un déterminant de la compétitivité territoriale. La démarche méthodologique retenue pour analyser cette relation a consisté, dans un premier temps, en une analyse conceptuelle de chaque élément de l’étude, dans un deuxième temps, nous avons tenté d’expliquer le lien entre ces trois concepts en relation avec le territoire, et dans un troisième temps nous avons essayéde transposer la problématique de cette triadesur le cas de l’Algérie. | ||
