اعتمدنا في هذه المقالة على معطيات كتب التراجم ودراسات المستشرقين المهتمين بالدراسات الأندلسية والمغاربية لغرض الوصول إلى سلسلة الإسناد القيروانية خلال العهدين الفاطمي والصنهاجي حتى سقوط القيروان، والتي بدأت منذ عهد سحنون الذي كان بمثابة نقطة انطلاق الفقه المالكي من خلال المدونة مرورا بأهم الفقهاء الذين برزوا برحلاتهم وشيوخهم وتلامذتهم ومؤلفاتهم، والذين هم في الأساس يشكلون أهم الروابط في هاته السلسلة التي استطاعوا من خلالها تجميع عدد كبير من طلبة العلم من إفريقية والأندلس فشكلوا المحور الذي يدور في فلكه هؤلاء في إطار النهج المغربي الأندلسي. In this article, we relied on the data of the biographical books and the studies of the orientalists who were interested in Andalusian and Maghreb studies to reach the Kariouanian reference chain during the Fatimid and Senhaji eras until the fall of Kairouan. This fall began since the time of Sahnoun, which served as the starting point of Maliki jurisprudence through the chronicle, passing through the most important jurists who emerged with their travels, teachers, students, and books, and who basically form the most important links in this series through which they were able to gather a large number of students from Africa and Andalusia and thus they formed the axis around which these people rotate within the framework of the Moroccan-Andalusian approach.
