المستخلص: The study dealt with explaining the limit of defamation and the provisions of accusation in Surat Al-Nur and its impact in preserving families in society through books of interpretations. It aimed to clarify the crime of defamation and one who accuses his wife for committing adultery, which is one of the most serious crimes that endanger the security of society because it concerns with family and honor. And to preserve the families from plunging slander and protect their owners from wasting their dignity. Islam cut off bad tongues, and closed the door on those who defame the families of other people, and tightened the punishment for defamation and made it eighty flog with firm oath and declare it as transgression. Islam considered slander as one of the sins that leads to God's wrath and punishment, and promised the slanderer a severe punishment here and in the Hereafter. The aim of Islam in reference to this punishment is to preserve families, dignity and purification of society from plunging head long into slander. The study also dealt with the accusation with which the Shariya "appearance" dealt with one of the most dangerous aspects that threaten the family, and God made a way out for the spouses so that God could cover them for their defects, and clear the way for them to repent and delegate after the accusation, and to separate between them a life-long division that would rid them of misery and preserve the dignity of the family. If temptations and adultery disappeared from the human society, then love, harmony, compassion, and sympathy will prevail, hence they will live in love and peace.

تناولت الدراسة بيان حد القذف وأحكام اللعان في سورة النور وأثرها في صيانة الأعراض في المجتمع من خلال كتب التفاسير، وهدفت الدراسة إلى بيان جريمة القذف والرمي بالزنا التي تعد من أخطر الجرائم التي تزعزع أمن المجتمع؛ لأنها تخص العرض والشرف. وصيانة للأعراض من التهجم وحماية لأصحابها من إهدار الكرامة، قطع الإسلام ألسنة السوء، وسد الباب على الذين ينهشون أعراض الناس وشدد في عقوبة القذف وجعلها ثمانين جلدة مع إسقاط الشهادة والوصف بالفسق. وقد اعتبر الإسلام القذف من الكبائر الموجبة لسخط الله وعقابه، وأوعد القاذف بالعقاب الشديد في الدنيا والآخرة، وغرض الإسلام من هذه العقوبة صيانة الأعراض وحفظ كرامة الأمة وتطهير المجتمع من مقالة السوء. كما تناولت الدراسة اللعان الذي عالج به الشرع جانبا من أخطر الجوانب التي تهدد الأسرة، وجعل الله فرجا ومخرجا للزوجين ليستر الله لهم زلاتهم، ويفسح أمامهم المجال للتوبة والإنابة بعد الملاعنة، ويفرق بينهما فرقة مؤبدة تخلصهما من الشقاء وتصان كرامة الأسرة. فإذا انتفت الفاحشة والفتن في المجتمع ساد المحبة والوئام والتراحم والتواد وعاشوا في محبة وسلام.
