|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أهمية الإفصاح في البنوك باعتباره المصدر المهم للعديد من المستخدمين للحصول على المعلومات المهمة حول البنوك، كما هدفت كذلك إلى تحديد دور متطلبات الإفصاح بالبنوك الجزائرية في تحقيق استقرار النظام البنكي. ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها أن للإفصاح بالبنوك الجزائرية دور في استقرار البنوك بصفة خاصة والنظام البنكي الجزائري بصفة عامة، وذلك من خلال التزام هذه البنوك بمتطلبات الإفصاح المحددة من طرف بنك الجزائر خاصة فيما يتعلق بالإفصاح في القوائم المالية والإفصاح عن تسير المخاطر البنكية.

|d Cetteétude vise à analyserl'importance de la divulgation dans les banques car elleestune source importante pour de nombreux utilisateurs pour obtenir des informations importantes sur les banques et vise également à déterminer le rôle des obligations de divulgation dans les banques algériennes dans la stabilité du systèmebancaire. Parmi les résultats les plus importantsobtenus, la divulgation dans les banques algériennes a un rôledans la stabilité des banques en particulier et du système bancaire algérien en général, à travers l'engagement de cesbanques aux obligations de divulgation spécifiéespar la Banque d'Algérie, notamment en ce qui concerne la divulgation dans les états financiers et la divulgation de l'évolution des risque sbancaires.
