من فضل لله على لشيخ العلامة بن عثيمين - رحمه الله - القبول الحسن لمؤلفاته، والإقبال عليها، والاستفادة منها؛ لما تميزت به من تحقيق وتأصيل علمي رصين، وسلامة المنهج، وصحة المعتقد، وتحريرت للمسائل، وتطبيقات للقواعد العلمية ولمنهجية، ومنها القاعدة النافعة العظيمة: (الحمل على الظاهر) التي ترجع إليها كثير من القواعد لتفسيرية والترجيحية، وترسم منهج أهل السنة والجماعة في التعامل مع ظوهر نصوص الوحيين، وفهمها؛ وإجرائها وفق مدلول ألفاظها المفهوم بمقتضى الخطاب العربي، وعلى ما تفيده من المعنى الذي يسبق إلى فهم السامع إما بمجرد الوضع، أو بمراعاة نطم الكلام. فجاء هذ لبحث للكشف عن منهج الشيخ في هذه القاعدة، وتطبيقه ها، وبيان عظيم تأكيده وحرصه عليها، وتقريره إياها بأدلة سمعية وأخرى عقلية، وأنها أصل كبير أجمع عليها السلف وأئمة أهل السنة والجماعة. يجب لتمسك بها، وإعمالها بدقة متناهية في تفسير الآيات خصوصاً، والنصوص عموماً، والرد بها على الأقوال التفسيرية الخاطئة. وقد اشتمل البحث على: (مقدمة، وتمهيد، وفصلين، وخاتمة). فالمقدمة فيها: بيان مشكلة لبحث، وهميته، وهدافه..، والتمهيد: في ترجمة بن عثيمين، ولفصل الأول تناول قاعدة الحمل على الظاهر عند بن عثيمين في لتفسير، وبيان أههميتها ودلتها، ومدى اعتماده عليها، وصيغتها، ومعناها، والمراد بها، وحكم الحمل على الظاهر، والرد على من زعم أن ظواهر الآيات غير مرادة، والوجوه التي دكرها لشيخ على بطلان مذهب من ترك الظاهر. والفصل الثاني تناول الأمثلة التطبيقية لقاعدة حمل النصوص على ظواهرها عند بن عثيمين، والخاتمة في بيان أهم النتائج والتوصيات.
One of the grace of God over the Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen - may God have mercy on him - are the good acceptance of his writings, turning towards them, and benefiting from them. This research came to reveal the Sheikh’s approach to this rule, its application to it, and a great statement of his affirmation and keenness on it, and his determination of it with audio and mental evidence, and that it is a great source on which the predecessors and the al-salf of Ahl al-Sunnah and the al-jmaah agreed. It must be adhered to, and applied meticulously in the interpretation of the verses in particular, and the texts in general, and to respond to them with erroneous interpretative statements. The research included: (an introduction, an preface, two chapters, and a conclusion). The introduction in it: an explanation of the research problem, its importance, and its objectives.., and the preface: in Ibn Uthaymeen's translation. The first chapter deals with the rule of Load on the apparent according to Ibn Uthaymeen in the interpretation, and its importance and evidence, the extent of his dependence on it, its formulation, its meaning, and what is meant by it, the ruling of load on the apparent, and the response to those who claim that the phenomena of the verses are not intended, and the faces mentioned by the sheikh on the invalidity of the doctrine Who left the apparent. The second chapter deals with the applied examples of the rule of carrying texts on their phenomena according to Ibn Uthaymeen, and the conclusion is explaining the most important findings and recommendations.
