|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الإحاطة بمختلف المفاهيم المرتبطة بالأسواق المالية الدولية وإبراز أهم خصوصياتها باعتبارها الآلية التي تساهم في تعبئة الموارد المالية على نطاق عالمي، بالإضافة إلى تسليط الضوء عل الخسائر التي تكبدتها هذه الأسواق في ظل الأوضاع التي تميز أنظمتها المالية وبالتحديد من جراء الأزمة الناجمة عن جائحة كورونا والتي تسببت في تراجع نشاطها وهددت استقرارها، مما استوجب مجموعة من الإجراءات والتدابير لاحتواء هذه الأوضاع. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أنه من أجل الحد من الضغوط النظامية في النظام المالي، بادرت العديد من السلطات والهيئات المالية في مختلف الدول بإجراءات موجهة من خلال المالية العامة والسياسة النقدية والقطاع المالي، مما ساعد على انحسار التوترات إلى حد كبير في بعض الأسواق المالية الدولية وبذلك عرفت نوعا من التحسن والاستقرار

|b This study aims to understand the various concepts related to the international financial markets and highlight their most important peculiarities as it is the mechanism that contributes to the mobilization of financial resources on a global scale, In addition to shedding light on the losses incurred by these markets in light of the conditions that characterize their financial systems, specifically as a result of the crisis caused by the Corona pandemic, which caused a decline in its activity and threatened its stability, Which required a set of procedures and measures to contain these situations. This study found that in order to reduce systemic pressures in the financial system, many authorities and financial bodies in various countries initiated actions directed through public finances, monetary policy and the financial sector, which helped to significantly reduce tensions in some international financial markets and thus experienced some kind of improvement and stability.
