المستخلص: تقدم هذه الدراسة بيانا لمفهوم النسخ في القرآن الكريم عند ابن جرير الطبري، وأثر هذا المفهوم في تعامل ابن جرير مع مفهوم النسخ عند السلف، ودور هذ ا المفهوم في ضبط القول بالنسخ من عدمه. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن تعريف ابن جرير للنسخ، من حيث أصله في اللغة، ومعناه الوارد في كتاب الله، وتحديد الضوابط التي وضعها ابن جرير في التعامل مع الناسخ والمنسوخ، واعتماده على هذه الضوابط في قبول القول بالنسخ، أو إبطال القول بالنسخ في الآية، وبيان أثر تطبيق هذا المفهوم والضوابط في تفسير ابن جرير، والوقوف على منهجه في التعامل مع مفهوم النسخ الوارد في تلك الروايات والآثار عن الصحابة والتابعين. ومما توصلت له هذه الدراسة: سبق ابن جرير لتمييز النسخ عن بقية أنواع البيان، ووضعه لضوابط طبقها في مسائل النسخ، وأن هذه الضوابط أثرت في تفسيره من حيث رده لدعاوى القول بالنسخ في آيات كثيرة، وأن اعتراضه على بعض الروايات في النسخ لعدم دخولها في مصطلح النسخ الكلي.

The concept of abrogation upon Ibn Jarir al-Tabari and its effect on his interpretation This study presents a illustration of the concept of abrogation in the Holy Qur’an upon Ibn Jarir al- Tabari, and the effect of this concept on Ibn Jarir's dealing with the previous concept of abrogation, and the role of this concept in controlling the saying of abrogation or not. This study aims to reveal Ibn Jarir’s definition of abrogation, in terms of his origin in the language, and its meaning contained in the Book of Allah, and to determine the controls that Ibn Jarir put in dealing with the abrogating and the abrogated, and his dependence on these controls in accepting the saying by abrogation, or nullifying the saying of abrogation in the verse And illustrate the effect of the application of this concept and controls on the interpretation of Ibn Jarir, and identification of his method in dealing with the concept of abrogation contained in those narrations and traditions on the Companions and Followers. Among the results of this study: Ibn Jarir had previously preceded the distinction of abrogation from the rest of the types of the proclamation, and set it to controls applied in the issues of abrogation, and this controls have influenced on his interpretation in terms of his response to the claims of saying of abrogation in many verses, and that his objection to some narrations in abrogation to indicate that it did not enter into Total abrogation.
