المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى إعداد ملابس مناسبة للمرأة بعد الولادة وأثناء تواجدها بالمستشفى للحصول على الراحة والعناية الصحية اللازمة، حيث تحتاج إلى الفحوصات الطبية بشكل مستمر مما يعرضها للتعري من خلال الملابس المستخدمة في المستشفيات والتي بدورها تخلق حالة من التوتر النفسي لدى المرأة وكذلك الصعوبة في تنفيذ تلك الفحوصات، وتتطلب المرأة في تلك المرحلة فترة من الراحة والرعاية المستمرة والتي تختلف باختلاف نوع الولادة (قيصرية - طبيعية)، فحاجة المرأة لارتداء ملابس مريحة ذات تصميم وظيفي يسهل عليها قضاء هذه الفترة داخل المستشفى أمر في غاية الأهمية، فيجب أن تكون الملابس من أقمشه قطنيه مريحة وفضفاضة ويتوافر فيها فتحات واسعة عند الأكمام والرقبة وذلك لإمكانية الرضاعة الطبيعية بشكل أفضل، مع استخدام الألوان الفاتحة والمريحة للعين ومصممة بشكل يسمح بإجراء الفحوصات الطبية بشكل سهل ومريح دون حاجتها للتعري وخلع ملابسها بالكامل، ومن ثم قامت الباحثة بدراسة الملابس الخاصة بتلك المرحلة الهامة والمستخدمة في مجموعة من المستشفيات الخاصة والعامة (وعددهم 20 مستشفى في محافظة المنوفية) للوصول إلى مواصفات فنية ووظيفية مناسبة وعمل مجموعة من التصميمات وعددها (10 تصميمات) مقترحة وكانت عينة البحث مجموعه من السيدات حديثي الولادة وعددهم (30 سيدة في مرحلة النفاس) وقامت الباحثة بعمل استطلاع رأى لعينة البحث لأخذ آرائهم في التصميمات المقترحة وتحديد المواصفات اللازم توافرها في ملابسهم والتي تلبي متطلباتهم في تلك الفترة ويتوافر فيها الفتحات المختلفة المتمثلة في فتحات طوليه وعرضيه وأماكن للفتح والغلق لتسهيل عمليه الفحص الطبي، ثم قامت الباحثة بعمل استبيان وعرضه على المتخصصين في صناعه الملابس الطبية والسادة المحكمين من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالكليات المتخصصة لتقييم تلك التصميمات محل الدراسة، وتنفيذ أفضلها بعد المعالجة الإحصائية، وقد جاءت نتائج البحث محققه لفروضه كالآتي: توجد فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية بين متوسطات تقييم المحكمين والسيدات للتصميمات المقترحة من حيث توفر جماليات ومتطلبات التصميم، وتوفر الملائمة الوظيفية للزي المقترح بالإضافة إلى عامل الأمان والستر والحماية، وكذلك حقق "التصميم السادس" المنفذ أعلى معامل جوده وفقا لآراء المحكمين.

The current research aims to Prepare suitable clothes for women after childbirth and while she is in the hospital to obtain the necessary comfort and health care, as she needs constant medical examinations after childbirth, which exposes her to nakedness through the clothes used in hospitals, which in turn creates a state of psychological tension for women, as well as The difficulty in carrying out these examinations, and the woman at that stage requires a period of rest and constant care, which varies according to the type of delivery (Caesarean section - natural), so the woman's need to wear comfortable clothes with a functional design that makes it easier for her to spend this period inside the hospital is a matter of great importance, The clothes should be made of comfortable, loose cotton fabrics and have wide openings at the sleeves and neck in order to be able to breastfeed better, with the use of light colors that are comfortable for the eyes and designed in a way that allows for medical examinations to be carried out in an easy and comfortable manner without the need to undress or to complete undress, and then the researcher has studied the clothing of that stage which is used in a group of private and public hospitals (and they are 20 hospitals in Menofia Governorate) to reach suitable technical and functional specifications and make a group of (30 designs) proposed designs, The research sample was a group of new mothers women of (30 women in the postpartum stage) to take their opinions on the proposed designs and determine the specifications required to be available in the clothes of that stage, and the results of their views were settled on (10 designs) which is the subject of the study, the postpartum stage, the best (10 designs) were chosen according to their opinions that meet their requirements in that period and have the different openings represented in longitudinal and transverse openings and places for opening and closing to facilitate the process of medical examination, then the researcher made a questionnaire and presented it to the specialists in the manufacture of medical clothes as well as the gentlemen of the arbitrators to evaluate those designs under study and then implement the best ones after statistical treatment, The results of the research came to fulfill the hypotheses as follows: There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the arbitrators and women's evaluation of designs in terms of the availability of aesthetics and design requirements, and the availability of functional suitability for the proposed uniform in addition to the safety, cover and protection factor. The “sixth design” implemented also achieved the highest quality parameter according to the opinions of the arbitrators.
