عالج البحث مسألة اصطحاب الأطفال إلى المسجد الحرام وموقف الفقه الإسلامي من ذلك، والأحكام المترتبة على الاصطحاب، وقد خلص البحث إلى أن اصطحاب الأطفال إلى المسجد الحرام للصلاة جائز شرعا إذا كان الطفل مميزا يعقل معنى العبادة، لما في إحضاره من فوائد عظيمة كتعويده على الصلاة جماعة، وتنشئته على الأجواء الإيمانية في المسجد الحرام إلى غير ذلك من الفوائد، أما إذا كان الطفل غير مُميز فإنه يكره اصطحابه إلى المسجد الحرام، لعدم انتفاعه بصلاته، لعدم صحتها منه، كما أن إدراكه لحرمة المكان الذي هو فيه وعظمته، غير حاصلة منه، بل الأولى تركه في المنزل، وعدم اصطحابه خشية وقوع الضرر منه، فإن تحقق حصول الضرر من اصطحابه بالمسجد الحرام، أو وقوع الأذية منه للمصلين، حرم اصطحابه، كان الطفل مميزا، أو غير مميز. كما أظهرت الدراسة محل البحث أن للمسجد الحرام خصوصية يمتاز بها عن باقي المساجد الأخرى، وهي وجوب العناية به وتطهيره، وصيانته عن ما لا يليق به، ولهذا ينبغي أخذ الاحتياطات والاحترازات اللازمة للحفاظ على حرمته ومكانته، عند اصطحاب الأطفال للصلاة فيه.
The research studies the case of taking children to al-Masjid al-Haram and the point of view of the Islamic Fiqah besides the provisions resulting from it. The research concluded that taking children to al-Masjid al-Haram is Jaaeez in general (allowed) if the child is mature enough to understand and realize the act of worship. This will reflect positively on the child. Getting the child used to pray Salat al-jama‘ah (Congregational Prayer) will lead to great results. Breeding and raising the child on an Islamic atmosphere at al-Masjid al-Haram will also lead to great benefits beside the other benefits. If the child is not mature enough, it is better not to take himher to al- Masjid al-Haram. This will reflect negatively on the child and the place. The child will not understand and realize the act of worship. Also, she will not realize the sanctity of the place. It is better to keep himher home always when there is a slight chance that the child might get harm or hurt. In fact, whenever the child might get harm or harm the worshipers, It is forbidding to take himher to al-Masjid al-Haram whether she were mature or immature. The research also showed that the sanctity of al-Masjid al-Haram is not like the other mosques. There must be a fully taken care of Al-Masjid al-Haram and take the necessary steps and precautions to keep its sanctity. Especially when taking children to pray.
