المستخلص: الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على أشرف الأنبياء والمرسلين، نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين، تناول هذا البحث بيان صلاح هذا القرآن الكريم لكل زمان ومكان؛ لما شرع فيه من الأحكام ووضح فيه من القضايا السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية كانت الحاجة ماسة لمن يستنبط آياته وينزلها على واقع كل عصر بما يجلي غوامضه ويحل معضلات نوازله، ومن أجل ذلك نشأ علم تنزيل الآيات على الواقع، وهو موضوع هذا البحث، واخترت أن يكون ذلك من خلال كتاب "التفسير المنير في العقيدة والشريعة والمنهج" لفضيلة الدكتور وهبة بن مصطفى الزحيلي رحمه الله وعنونته بـ "تنزيل الآيات على الواقع عند الزحيلي من خلال تفسيره المنير في العقيدة والشريعة والمنهج" دراسة تطبيقية. وتمثلت أهداف البحث بجمع ودراسة الآيات التي نزلها الزحيلي-رحمه الله-على الواقع من خلال تفسيره، وتنمية علاقة المسلم بنصوص القرآن الكريم وربطه بها في جميع أحواله، إحياء منهج السلف الصالح بتدبر كتاب الله واستجلاء معانيه، بيان منهج الدكتور الزحيلي -رحمه الله- في تنزيله لآيات القرآن على الواقع المعاصر في جوانب متعددة، واتبعت في هذا البحث المنهج الاستقرائي؛ حيث تتبعت الآيات التي نزلها الدكتور الزحيلي-رحمه الله- على الواقع، وتكون البحث من مقدمة وتمهيد وفصلين، أما الفصل الأول فتناول التعريف بالدكتور وهبة الزحيلي -رحمه الله- ومنهجه في التفسير، أما الفصل الثاني فتناول الجانب التطبيقي لتنزيل الآيات على الواقع عند الدكتور وهبة الزحيلي، وجاء في سبعة مباحث، وذيلت البحث بخاتمة، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل لها البحث: 1-رغم عناية العلماء بتنزيل الآيات على الواقع إلا أن المؤلفات التي أفردت للحديث عنه قليلة جداً بالنظر إلى أهمية وقدم نشوئه. 2-ارتباط تنزيل الآيات على الواقع بمختلف العلوم الأخرى لا سيما علم الفقه؛ لما يستجد من نوازل ومسائل فقهية لم تكن موجودة في وقت نزول القرآن الكريم. 3-أن الدكتور وهبة الزحيلي-رحمه الله-أهتم بهذا الجانب في تفسيره الموسوم بالتفسير المنير في العقيدة والشرعية والمنهج. 4-تنوع الجوانب المعاصرة التي نزل الزحيلي-رحمه الله-الآيات عليها، وكان منها جوانب العقيدة، والعبادات، والاقتصاد، وقضايا الأسرة والمرأة، والاجتماعية، والسياسية، الإعجاز العلمي.

1- The title of the research: Downloading the verses to the reality of Al-Zuhaili through his enlightening interpretation of belief, law and methodology, an applied study. 2-Year: 1441 AH. 3-Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the most honorable of the prophets and messengers, our Prophet Muhammad, his family and all of his companions. This research deals with a statement of the validity of this Holy Quran for every time and place Because of the legal rulings and clarity in it of political, economic and social issues, the need is dire for someone who deduces its verses and relegates them to the reality of each age in a way that clarifies its ambiguities and resolves its problems, and for that the science of downloading verses arose on reality, which is the subject of this research, and I chose that to be from During the book “The Enlightening Interpretation of Belief, Sharia, and the Methodology” by Dr. Wahba bin Mustafa Al-Zuhaili, may God have mercy on him, titled “Downloading verses on the reality of Al-Zuhaili through his enlightening interpretation of belief, law and method” an applied study. The objectives of the research were to collect and study the verses that Al-Zuhaili- may God have mercy on him- revealed on reality through its interpretation, developing the Muslim’s relationship with the texts of the Noble Qur’an and linking it to it in all its conditions, reviving the method of the righteous predecessors by contemplating the Book of Goa and clarifying its meanings, explaining the approach of Dr. Al-Zuhaili- may God have mercy on him- in His download of the verses of the Qur’an to contemporary reality in various aspects, and in this research I followed the inductive approach. The research consisted of an introduction, an introduction, and two chapters, which dealt with the problem, including the definition of Dr. Wahba Al-Zuhaili -may God have mercy on him- and his approach to interpretation, and the second dealt with the practical side to download the verses on reality according to Dr. Wahba Al-Zuhaili, and the research was summarized with a conclusion, and among the most important results that the research reached: 1 - The literature that has been devoted to talking about downloading verses in reality is very few, given the importance and age of its emergence. 2- The relevance of downloading verses to reality with various other sciences, especially the science of jurisprudence. Because of the new calamities and doctrinal issues that were not present at the time of the revelation of the Noble Qur’an.
