المستخلص: استهدف البحث تحديد مستوى المشاركة المجتمعية للنساء الريفيات في قضاء العلم محافظة صلاح الدين عام، وتحديد مستوى المشاركة المجتمعية في كل من المجالات الآتية: (المجال الإرشادي، المجال الاجتماعي، المجال السياسي)، ثم الترتيب التنازلي للمجالات حسب الوزن المئوي، ثم تحديد علاقة الارتباط بين مستوى المشاركة المجتمعية للنساء الريفيات وعدد من المتغيرات الشخصية والاجتماعية. اختيرت محافظة صلاح الدين – قضاء العلم منطقة للدراسة لكون لديها مساهمة مميزة في مشاركة النساء الريفيات في أنشطة المجتمع السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية، تم اختيار بطريقة عينة عشوائية بسيطة مثلت نسبة (10%) من مجتمع البحث، تم الحصول على البيانات الميدانية بالمقابلة الشخصية من خلال استمارة استبيان أعدت لهذا الغرض تم فحص صدقها بعرضها على الخبراء فيما بلغ معامل ثبات المقياس (0.75). استخدمت عدة وسائل إحصائية لتحليل بيانات الدراسة، أظهرت نتائج البحث أن (97.6%) تقريبا من النساء الريفيات تقع ضمن فئتي المشاركة المتوسطة والمنخفضة. كما أظهر البحث إن أعلى مستوى للمشاركة في كل مجال من المجالات الآتية: (المجال الإرشادي (49%) ضمن الفئة العالية، المجال الاجتماعي (76%) ضمن الفئة المتوسطة، المجال السياسي (47.2%) ضمن الفئة المنخفضة)، وعند ترتيب مجالات المشاركة تنازليا جاء مجال المشاركة الاجتماعية بالمرتبة الأولى والمشاركة الإرشادية بالمرتبة الثانية فيما جاء مجال المشاركة السياسية بالمرتبة الأخيرة. وأظهر نتائج البحث أيضا وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين المشاركة والمتغيرات الآتية (العمر، المستوى التعليمي، مهنة المرأة، إعالة الأسرة، إدراك المرأة مكانتها في المجتمع، مصادر المعلومات)، فيما لم تظهر علاقة معنوية بين مستوى المشاركة وكل من متغيرات الآتية: (الحالة الاجتماعية، مهنة ولي الأمر، القدرة على حل المشكلات). وقد أوصى البحث لضرورة اهتمام الجهات المسئولة في قضاء العلم بتنمية المناطق والأسر الريفية وتشجيع النساء على أخذ دورهن الفاعل في المجتمع من خلال إعداد دورات التدريبية وبرامج تعليمية تعنى بتنمية دور النساء الريفيات في تنمية المجتمع المحلي.

The research aimed at determining the level of community participation for rural women in the province of AL-Alam, Salah al-Din Governorate in general, and determining the level of community participation in each of the following fields: (indicative, social, and political), then descending order of the fields according to the percentage weight, then determining the relationship between the level of community participation of rural women and a number of personal and social variables. Salah al-Din Governorate / Al-Alam District was chosen as a study area because it has a distinct contribution to the participation of rural women in the political, social and economic activities of the community. A simple random sample representing 10% of the research population was chosen. Field data were obtained by personal interview through a form A questionnaire prepared for this purpose was examined for validity and presented to the experts, while the scale reliability coefficient reached (0.75). Several statistical methods were used to analyze the study data. The results of the research showed that approximately (97.6%) of rural women fall into the middle and low categories of participation. The research also showed that the highest level of participation is in each of the following areas: (the indicative field (49%) within the high category, the social field (76%) within the middle group, the political field (47.2%) within the low category), and when arranging the areas of participation in descending, the field of social participation ranked first, and indicative participation ranked second, while the field of political participation ranked last. The results of the research also showed the existence of a significant correlation between participation and the following variables (age, educational level, women's profession, support for the family, women's perception of their position in society, sources of information), while there was no significant relationship between the level of participation and each of the following variables: (Marital status Guardian's profession, ability to solve problems). The research recommended that the responsible authorities should pay attention to developing the regions and rural families and encourage women to take their active role in society through preparing training courses and educational programs concerned with developing the role of rural women in developing the local community.
