المستخلص: فإن من أعظم الطاعات، وأجل القربات الاشتغال بطلب العلم الشرعي، ومن جلي نعم الله على العبد أن يهديه ويوفقه لطلب العلم، إذ به ترتفع الجهالة، ويجعل للعبد به من النور ما تتبدد به ظلم الجهل، وتنكشف به زيوف الباطل، ويحصل به اليقين، ويندفع به الشك، ووساوس الشيطان، كما يحص لأربابه الرفعة في الدنيا والآخرة. ولما كان الفقه أحد هذه العلوم بل هو أشرف العلوم وأجلها، له منزلة رفيعة بين العلوم الشريعة، رغم تنوع مباحث هذا العلم وتعدد أبوابه وتشعب فروعه، إذ به يعرف الحلال من الحرام، ويتعبد المسلم به ربه بما فهم من الأحكام، لذلك شمر إليه المشمرون، وتنافس فيه المتنافسون، فكتبوا فيه الكتب، فاستنار الناس بعلمهم، وأفادوا بدقيق فهمهم، فصارت مؤلفاتهم معينا صافيا يرد عليه من يبتغيه فيرتوي من عذبه ويحصل له ما كان من مطلبه. تتضمن خطة البحث المقدمة، ومبحثين والخاتمة والمصادر والمراجع، المبحث الأول يتضمن حياة المؤلف ودراسة المخطوط ومنهج المؤلف، والمبحث الثاني مسألة أحكام الآذان.

One of the greatest acts of obedience, and the delay of closeness, is to engage in the pursuit of legal knowledge, and it is clear that God’s grace is upon the servant to guide him and help him to seek knowledge, because by him ignorance rises, and he makes to the servant with him the light that dissipates the oppression of ignorance, and reveals the falsehood of falsehood with it. With suspicion and the whispers of Satan; It also counted for his lords the elevation in this world and the hereafter. Whereas jurisprudence is one of these sciences, rather it is the most noble and honorable science. It has a high status among the Sharia sciences, despite the diversity of the topics of this science, the multiplicity of its chapters and the branching of its branches. That is why the criminals have nailed to him, and the competitors competed in it, so they wrote books in it, and the people were enlightened by their knowledge, and they reported the accuracy of their understanding, so their books became a net aid, to which those who sought it would respond to him and get what he wanted. The research plan presented includes two papers, the conclusion, sources and references. The first topic includes the life of the author, the study of the manuscript and the author’s approach, and the second topic is the issue of the rulings of the call to prayer.
