المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى تطبيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة ومستوى الذكاء الاستراتيجي بجامعة القصيم، وكذلك الكشف عن أثر عمليات إدارة المعرفة في تعزيز الذكاء الاستراتيجي، ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتم تطوير "استبانة" كأداة لجمع البيانات؛ حيث طبقت على عينة عشوائية طبقية مكونة من (110) قائد أكاديمي بجامعة القصيم، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى تطبيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة جاء بتقدير "متوسط" وكان بعد تخزين المعرفة الأعلى من حيث التطبيق في حين جاء بعد توليد المعرفة أقل عمليات إدارة المعرفة تطبيقا، كما أن مستوى الذكاء الاستراتيجي جاء بتقدير "متوسط" أيضا وكان بعد الدافعية أعلى أبعاد الذكاء الاستراتيجي في حين جاء بعد الاستشراف الأقل تطبيقا، كما أظهرت النتائج أن عمليات إدارة المعرفة تؤثر تأثيرا ذو دلالة إحصائية في تعزيز الذكاء الاستراتيجي، وجاءت عملية تشارك المعرفة الأكثر تأثيرا بينما جاءت عملية تخزين المعرفة الأقل تأثيرا في الذكاء الاستراتيجي، وتوصي الدراسة بدعم عمليات إدارة المعرفة في الجامعة وتأسيس نظام إداري يعتمد على المعرفة في التخطيط واتخاذ القرارات، تطوير نظام لتحفيز أعضاء هيئة التدريس والقيادات الأكاديمية، وتبني مفهوم وتطبيقات الذكاء الاستراتيجي لضمان التعامل مع التحديات المستقبلية والفرص المتاحة لتحقيق أقصى قدر من الكفاءة والفاعلية، استحداث مركز لـ(الذكاء الاستراتيجي والدراسات المستقبلية)، وتفعيل دور عمليات إدارة المعرفة في تنويع وتفعيل أنشطة الذكاء الاستراتيجي في الجامعة.

The study aimed to identify the level of application of knowledge management processes and the level of strategic intelligence at Qassim University, as well as to reveal the effect of knowledge management processes in enhancing strategic intelligence. To achieve this, the study adopted the descriptive approach, and a "questionnaire" was developed as a tool for data collection; Where it was applied to a stratified random sample of (110) academic leaders at Qassim University, and the study found that the level of application of knowledge management processes came with a "medium" rating, and the knowledge storage dimension was the highest in terms of application, while the knowledge generation dimension came with the least applied knowledge management process. The level of strategic intelligence was rated "average" as well, and the motivation dimension was the highest dimension of strategic intelligence, while the foresight dimension was the least applied. The results also showed that knowledge management processes have a statistically significant impact on enhancing strategic intelligence, and the process of sharing knowledge was the most influential while The process of storing the least influencing knowledge came in strategic intelligence, and the study recommends supporting knowledge management processes at the university and establishing a knowledge-based management system in planning, and making decisions, developing a system to motivate faculty members and academic leaders, and adopting the concept and applications of strategic intelligence to ensure dealing with future challenges. And the available opportunities to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness, the creation of a center for (strategic intelligence and future studies), and effectiveness The role of knowledge management processes in diversifying and activating strategic intelligence activities at the university.
