المستخلص: The subject of this article is the transformation and exchange of roles in the structure of the center and margin, which are based on philosophical, cognitive, social, political, and economic contradictions that feed and expand the space of conflict between the poles (center/margin). Each center considers its entity as a mouthpiece of authority from which it derives its legitimacy and authority to identify its areas of operation clearly. موضوع هذا المقال ما تعرضه الحقيقة من التحولات وتبادل الأدوار في بنية المركز والهامش، والتي تتأسس على التناقض الفلسفي والمعرفي والاجتماعي والسياسي والاقتصادي بما يغذي ويوسع فضاء الصراع الحاصل بين القطبين (مركز/ هامش). كل مركز يعد كيانه لسان حال سلطة ما يستمد منها شرعيته ومرجعيته ليعين بوضوح مجالات اشتغاله. وعليه؛ فهو يبدو بصورة الأنموذج السامي والمقنع الذي لا يستطيع أي أنموذج آخر الصمود في وجهه ومقاومته.

L’objet de cet article est ce que la réalité expose en tant que transformations et changements de rôles dans la structure du centre /périphérie. C’est une structure à base de contraintes philosophiques, cognitives, sociales, politiques et économiques; ce qui élargit l’espace de lutte entre les deux pôles. Chaque centre se présente comme porte parole d ’une autorité d’où il prend légitimité et référence pour designer clairement les champs de travail. Donc, il se présente comme un modèle suprême et convainquant que tout autre modèle ne peut résister contre.
