المستخلص: ما تزال الصادارات الصناعية الجزائرية خارج المحروقات تشكو ضعفاً كبيراً رغم المجهودات المبذولة والإجراءات المتخذة من طرف الدولة، وأمام تزايد الغموض حول مستقبل الاقتصاد الوطني خارج المحروقات وضرورة بناء اقتصاد متوازن يستطيع الصمود في وجه التقلبات التي قد تصيب قطاع المحروقات، تأتي هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على واقع الصادرات الصناعية الجزائرية خارج المحروقات خلال الفترة (2008 – 2012)، وصولاً إلى الخروج بأهم السبل الممكنة لتحقيق قفزة نوعية في مجال ترقية هذا الصنف من الصادرات.

Algerian exports outside the hydrocarbons are still complaining of significant weakness, in spite of the efforts made and actions taken by the state, and in front of the growing uncertainty about the future of the national economy out of fuel and the need to build a balanced economy can withstand the fluctuations that may affect the hydrocarbon sector. This study aims to highlight the reality of the Algerian industrial exports out of hydrocarbons "between" (2008 - 2012) and gives a proposing the most important means and Possible solutions.

Les exportations algériennes hors des hydrocarbures se plaignent toujours de la faiblesse importante, en dépit des efforts déployés et les mesures prises par l'Etat, et en face de l'incertitude croissante sur l'avenir de l'économie nationale de carburant et la nécessité pour bâtir une économie équilibrée peut résister aux fluctuations qui peuvent affecter le secteur des hydrocarbures. Cette étude vise à mettre en lumière la réalité des exportations industrielles algériennes hors hydrocarbures entre (2008 - 2012) et donne un proposant des moyens les plus importants et les solutions possibles.
