520 |d  Cette étude traite , en analysant , l’étendue de application du principe de spécialité et de la territorialité – principes traditionnels enracinés en toutes les législation organisant les marques commerciales – sur un phénomène moderne et développé qui survint en résultat a l’apparition du réseau d’internet, en l’occurrence du cybersquattage, ce phénomène s’incarne du point de vue légal au fait que l’imitation de la marque se fait en la représentant numériquement a l’instar d’un titre d’un nom de domaine contrairement aux assauts traditionnels ce qui pose beaucoup de problèmes.  
520 |a نتناول من خلال هذه الدراسة بالتحليل مدى تأثير تطبيق كل من مبدأ التخصيص ومبدأ الإقليمية -وهي مبادئ تقليدية مترسخة في جميع التشريعات المنظمة للعلامة التجارية-على ظاهرة حديثة ومتطورة جاءت كنتيجة لظهور شبكة الإنترنت وهي السطو الإلكتروني، حيث تكمن خصوصية هذه الظاهرة من الناحية القانونية في كون تقليد العلامة يتم من خلال تمثيلها رقميا كاسم نطاق خلافا للاعتداءات التقليدية وهو ما يطرح جملة من الإشكالات. 
520 |b  This study aims at analyzing the extent of the applicability of the principles of attribution and territoriality - the rooted traditional principles in all the legislations organizing the trademarks - on a modern and developed phenomenon that occurred as a result to the appearance of the Internet network, i.e. electronic assault, this phenomenon is incarnated from a legal point of view in the fact that the imitation of the mark is made by representing it numerically like a title of a website unlike traditional assaults which poses many problems.
