Abstract: نسعى في هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على المصطلحات الفنولوجية في كتاب "علم الصرف الصوتي "MORPHO-PHONOLOGY" للدكتور عبد القادر عبد الجليل، من حيث أنماط مصطلحاته وأبنيتها الصيغية لأجل الوقوف على مدى التزام العلماء العرب بقرارات المجامع اللغوية، وتوصيات المؤتمرات، ومبادئ النظرية العامة لعلم المصطلح، لمعرفة الكيفية التي تجاوز بها العقبات التي اعترضت الرواد الأوائل للوصول إلى لغة عربية متخصصة.

Dans cette étude, nous cherchons à mettre en évidence les termes phonologiques dans l'ouvrage "MORPHO-PHONOLOGIE" d'Abdelkader Abdeljalil, sur le plan des genres et des structures des termes utilisés. Pour voir à quel point les savants arabes se sont conformés aux décisions du Conseils linguistiques, et aux recommandations des conférences et aux principes théoriques généraux de la terminologie, pour découvrir comment ils ont surmonté les obstacles qui ont empêché les premiers savants d’arriver à une langue arabe spécialisée.

In this study, we seek to shed light on the technical terms in the book "MORPHO-PHONOLGY" by Dr. Abdul Qadir Abdul Jalil, in terms of its terminology patterns and formulaic structures in order to determine the extent to which Arab scholars adhere to the decisions of language academies, recommendations of conferences, and principles of general theory for the science of terminology, to know how he overcame the obstacles that faced the early pioneers to reach a specialized Arabic language.
