المستخلص: La recherche porte sur: “Le lieu de contrôle de la santé et sa relation avec l'auto-efficacité chez les patients atteints d’hypertension artérielle essentielle (HTA) et les patients hémodialysés”, la recherche a étudié 424 patients (250 hémodialysés, 174 hypertendus), les patients ont été invités à répondre aux deux questionnaires (Lieu de contrôle de la santé, Auto-efficacité). Résultats de la recherché -La dimension dominante chez l'échantillon de la recherché est le lieu de contrôle de la santé externe des puissants (PHLC). -L'existence d’une relation statistiquement significative et positive entre le lieu de contrôle de la santé interne (IHLC) et l'auto-efficacité. -Aucune relation statistiquement significative entre (PHLC) et l’auto-efficacité. - L’existence d’une relation statistiquement significative entre le lieu de contrôle de la santé externe lié à la chance (CHLC) et l’auto-efficacité. -les hypertendus avaient des scores élevés sur l'échelle de l' auto efficacité que les hémodialysés.

The research dealt with: "health locus of control and its relationship with self-efficacy among patients with essential high blood pressure and hemodialysis", the research studied 424 patients (250 hemodialysis, 174 hypertensive patients), patients were asked to respond to both questionnaires (Health locus of control, Self-Efficacy). As results -The dominant dimension of HLC is the external health locus of the powerful (PHLC). -The existence of a statistically significant and positive relationship between (IHLC) and self-efficacy. -No statistically significant relationship between (PHLC) and self-efficacy. -The existence of a statistically significant relationship between (ULCC) and self-efficacy. -The hypertensive patients had high scores on the self-efficacy scale that hemodialysis.

تناولت الدراسة موضوع مصدر الضبط الصحي وعلاقته بفعالية الذات لدى مرضى الضغط الدموي الأساسي ومرضى القصور الكلوي المزمن الخاضعين لحصص التصفية الكلوية، حيث طبقت على عينة مكونة من 424 مريضا، 174 مريضا بارتفاع ضغط الدم الأساسي و250 مريضا بالقصور الكلوي المزمن، طلب منهم الإجابة على استبياني مصدر الضبط الصحي وفعالية الذات، وتوصلت النتائج إلى: سيادة بعد ذوي النفوذ لدى عينة الدراسة، وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين بعدي مصدر الضبط الصحي الداخلي ومصدر الضبط الخارجي للحظ وفعالية الذات، وعدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين بعد ذوي النفوذ وفعالية الذات، كما كشفت الدراسة عن وجود فروق في فعالية الذات لصالح مرضى ضغط الدم.
