المستخلص: L'université dans une société ne pouvait pas jouer pleinement son rôle dans le changement social sans parvenir à une interaction entre l'individu d'une part et l'environnement social de l'autre. De nombreux éducateurs ont reconnu la relation entre l'école et l'enseignement universitaire au changement social car ils renforcent les compétences et cultiver l'esprit d'innovation dans l'individu. L'éducation universitaire dans les sociétés en développement a un impact important sur le processus de promotion sociale car elle contribue à améliorer les conditions des couches les plus pauvres de la population et à faciliter les possibilités d'emploi pour les individus et à élever leur niveau de vie. Comme on a dit à l'université d'accomplir toutes les fonctions imposées par la société.

إن الجامعة في أي مجتمع كان لا يمكن أن تؤدي دورها الكامل في التغيير الاجتماعي بدون تحقيق التفاعل بين الفرد من ناحية والبيئة الاجتماعية من ناحية أخرى. وقد اعترف الكثير من المربين بعلاقة التعليم المدرسي والجامعي بالتغيير الاجتماعي لأنهما يقويان المهارات ويذكيان روح الابتكار لدى الفرد. إن التعليم الجامعي في المجتمعات النامية له أثر كبير في عملية الرقي الاجتماعي لأنها تساعد على تحسين أوضاع الطبقات الفقيرة من السكان وتيسر فرص العمل للأفراد وترفع مستوى معيشتهم، وكما قيل على الجامعة أن تؤدي كل الوظائف التي يفرضها المجتمع.

The university in any society could not play its full role in social change without achieving interaction between the individual on the one hand and the social environment on the other. Many educators have recognized the relationship of school and university education to social change because they strengthen skills and nurture the spirit of innovation in the individual. University education in developing societies has a significant impact on the process of social advancement because it helps to improve the conditions of the poorer segments of the population and facilitate employment opportunities for individuals and raise their standard of living. As the university was told to perform all the functions imposed by society.
