المستخلص: Cette étude aborde La problématique de la relation entre les membres du corps enseignant spécialisé en bibliothéconomie, et la bibliothèque universitaire. Elle se penche sur la réalité d’établir un partenariat efficace entre les deux parties afin de valoriser les capacités et l'efficacité de l’enseignant universitaire, l'impliqué dans le développement et la réalisation du concept de «l’université entreprise» d'une part, et dans l'exploitation des bibliothèques universitaires pour les opportunités offertes par l'université à travers la présence du corps enseignant dans le but de son développement et l’amélioration des services en se basant sur son modèle local d’autre part. L'étude a également abordé les principaux obstacles et problèmes qui entravent la réalisation de cette relation de complémentarité que l'Université peut surmonter avec la création de cadres juridiques, réglementaires, éthiques et méthodologiques.

This study addresses the problematic of the relationship between members of the teaching faculty specializing in library science, and the university library. It looks at the reality of establishing an effective partnership between the two parties in order to enhance the capacity and efficiency of the university teacher, involved in the development and realization of the concept of "university enterprise". on the one hand, and in the exploitation of university libraries for the opportunities offered by the university through the presence of the faculty for the purpose of its development and improvement of services based on its local model on the other hand. The study also addressed the main obstacles and problems that impede the realization of this complementary relationship that the University can overcome with the creation of legal, regulatory, ethical and methodological frameworks.

تتناول هذه الدراسة إشكالية العلاقة القائمة بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس المتخصصين في علم المكتبات، وبين المكتبة الجامعية، وتبحث في واقع إيجاد شراكة فاعلة بين الطرفين، من أجل تثمين قدرات وكفاءة الأستاذ الجامعي وإشراكه في بلورة وتحقيق مفهوم "الجامعة مؤسسة" من جهة، وفي استغلال المكتبات الجامعية للفرص التي توفرها الجامعة من خلال وجود أعضاء هيئة التدريس، في تطوير واقعها، وتحسين خدماتها، والارتقاء بنموذجها المحلي. من جهة ثانية. كما تطرقت الدراسة إلى المعوقات الأساسية والمشكلات التي تقف دون تحقيق هذه العلاقة التكاملية، والتي يمكن للجامعة أن تتجاوزها من خلال تهيئة الأطر القانونية والتنظيمية والأخلاقية والمنهجية.
