المستخلص: La Cour Pénale Internationale est la fierté de la justice et une victoire pour le mars pour mettre fin à l'impunité et d'établir les principes d'ouverture, de poursuite et de répression des crimes internationaux graves que l'humanité est secoué dans sa conscience. Et ce serait mettre un terme à l'impunité pour les tortionnaires de la peine dans les différentes régions du monde où il y a la suppression du Moyen Age, à travers les garanties offertes par la loi, mais la pratique a prouvé qu'il ya des obstacles et les défis rencontrés par la Cour afin de parvenir à la justice internationale demandée.

تعد المحكمة الجنائية الدولية فخرا للعدالة وانتصارا لمسيرة إنهاء ظاهرة الإفلات من العقاب وإرساء مبادئ المكاشفة والملاحقة والمعاقبة على الجرائم الدولية الخطيرة التي تهز الإنسانية في ضميرها. والتي من شأنها أن تضع حدا لإفلات الجلادين من العقاب في مناطق شتى من العالم حيث يسود قمع القرون الوسطى، من خلال الضمانات التي يكفلها نظامها الأساسي، لكن الواقع العملي أثبت أنه هناك العديد من العقبات والتحديات التي تواجهها المحكمة في سبيل تحقيق العدالة الدولية المنشودة.

The International Criminal Court is the pride of justice and a victory for the march to end impunity and to establish the principles of openness, prosecution and punishment of serious international crimes that humanity is shaking in her conscience. And that would put an end to impunity for torturers from punishment in the various regions of the world where there is suppression of the Middle Ages, through the guarantees afforded by the statute, but the practice has proved that there are many obstacles and challenges faced by the Court in order to achieve international justice sought.
