Controlled delivery is a special investigative technique that supports efforts to combat the illegal transportation of goods and helps to gather evidence against the majority of suspects in such crimes. The legislator has granted permission to exercise and monitor this operation by specific judicial authorities, as long as the judiciary is the main guarantor of the rights and freedoms of individuals.

La livraison surveillée est une technique spéciale d'enquéte qui soutient les efforts de lutte contre le transport illégal de marchandises et qui permet d'assembler des preuves contre la majorité des suspects dans ce genre de crimes. Le législateur a attribué la permission d'exercer et de surveiller cette opération par des autorités judiciaires précis, tant que la magistrature est le garant principale des droits et de libertés des individus.
