المستخلص: توفر خبرات التربية القائمة على التحرير، واستخدام استراتيجيات تربوية قائمة على فن المسرح فرص نوعية لقطاع الشباب في استكشاف وتطوير فهم أفضل للسياق الذي يعيشونه، وتعلم قضايا ومفاهيم ترتبط بالمشاركة المجتمعية والمدنية، لأن هذه الخبرات تعطي المساحة والفضاء المناسب للشباب للتعامل مع مختلف المواضيع والقضايا التي يعيشونها بشكل فني ومبدع. في هذه الورقة تعرض الباحثة ما وجدته من نتائج لدراستين قامت بهما، الأولى تمت مع عدد من أفراد فرقة مسرح جامعة بيت لحم في عام 2012. أما الثانية فكانت مع مجموعة من شباب مركز الرواد للثقافة والفنون في مخيم عايدة للاجئين الفلسطينيين في مدينة بيت لحم في عام 2018، وكانت هذه المجموعة ملتزمة بالعمل بأنشطة الفن والمسرح. وكان من أهداف هاتين الدراستين التعرف إلى نوعية الخبرات التي عاشته كل مجموعة من المجموعتين في خبرة المسرح، وتحديد جوانب التعلم والتطور الذي طرأ عليهم نتيجة تلك الخبرات، وعلاقتهما بالمشاركة المجتمعية والمدنية. اعتمدت الباحثة في الدراستين منهجية البحث النوعي، واستخدام أدوات تعتمد على المقابلة الفردية والمجموعات البؤرية في جمع المعلومات من أفراد كل عينة من العينتين. أظهرت نتائج هاتين الدراستين بعض الجوانب المشتركة لدى المجموعتين أن للخبرة أبعاداً ترتبط بالمشاركة المجتمعية والمدنية وفي آليات العمل الأساسية فيهما، حيث ساهمت هذه الخبرات في تطوير جوانب شخصية لدى أفراد كل مجموعة تتمثل بالشعور بالجرأة والثقة بالنفس، وتطوير مفهوم إيجابي للذات، وفي تحمل المسؤولية، والتواصل مع الآخرين وقبول آرائهم، كما وظهر تطور واضح لديهم في مستوى الوعي العام نحو قضايا يومية في المجتمع، وظهرت مبادرات والتزام واضح نحو خدمة المجتمع والمشاركة فيه.

Liberation-based education experiences and the use of theater-based educational strategies provide specific opportunities for the youth sector to explore and develop a better understanding of the situation they live through. It also provides them with a platform to learn issues and concepts related to community and civic participation and engagement. These experiences give a suitable space and opportunity for young people to deal with the various topics and issues that they experience in an artistic and creative way. In this paper ,the researcher presents the results of two studies that she has conducted. The first study took place with a number of Bethlehem University Drama Society in 2012. The second study was with a group of young people from Alrowwad Cultural and Arts Society in Aida Palestinian Refugee Camp in Bethlehem in 2018.The latter group has been committed to working in art and theater activities. The major objective of these two studies was to identify the kind of experiences that each of the two groups had in working in theater. The studies also attempts to determine the aspects of learning and development that occurred to them as a result of those experiences ,and their relationship to the community and civic participation and engagement. In the two studies, the researcher adopted a qualitative-research methodology. She also used individual interviews and focus groups to collect information in both samples. The results of these two studies revealed some common aspects of the two groups: the experience has dimensions related to the community and civic engagement and the basic work mechanisms in them. These experiences contributed to the development of personal aspects of the members of each group: feeling bold and self-confident, developing a positive self-concept ,taking responsibility ,communicating with others and accepting their opinions. There was also a clear improvement in the level of public awareness towards some daily issues in society. In addition to that, initiatives and a clear commitment to community service and participation has increased.
