|b The research aims to identify the role of electronic journalism in addressing the problems associated with the media capabilities and support for athletes with special needs. The researchers used the descriptive approach using survey studies, on a sample of (458) by (50) rationing samples, and (408) for the basic sample. The questionnaire as a tool to collect data from their numbers, and the research found that the electronic sports press does not help people with special needs in obtaining tools and devices - the electronic press does not appeal to the state to provide appropriate services for people with special needs - the electronic sports press and sports media in general still deal badly with issues of disability And the handicapped in the Arab Republic of Egypt - The electronic sports press neglecting the affairs of people with special needs and their sports.
