المستخلص: In light of the impressive development of voice transmission technologies over the Internet and the exponential increase in the speed of data exchange across this network, it has been necessary to invent products in line with these developments. Mobile devices were one of the results of these innovations that added value to the communication systems, which were made - mobile phones - by innovations as they were provided with greater memory, faster processing capacity, easier to use interfaces with just a touch, and better performing broadband services with reasonable cost. All of these features and characteristics qualified it to be one of the most important means used to deliver messages and information to the masses through various applications that provide a successful communication process that can achieve its desired goals. في ظل التطور المذهل في تقنيات النقل الصوتي عبر الانترنت، والتزايد الكبير في سرعة تبادل البيانات عبر هذه الشبكة، كان لابد من ابتكار منتجات تتماشى مع هذه التطورات، فكانت أجهزة الهواتف النقالة أحد نتائج هذه الابتكارات التي أضافت قيمة إلى أنظمة الاتصالات، التي توالت الابتكارات في تصنيعها- الهواتف النقالة-، حيث تم تزويدها بذاكرة أكبر، وقدرة معالجة أسرع، وواجهات أسهل استخداما بمجرد اللمس، وخدمات النطاق العريض ذات الأداء الأفضل مع التكلفة المعقولة، كل هذه السمات والخصائص أهلتها لأن تكون من أهم الوسائط المستخدمة لإيصال الرسائل والمعلومات للجماهير من خلال مختلف التطبيقات التي توفر عملية اتصالية ناجحة يمكن لها أن تحقق أهدافها المرجوة.

Sous le développement incroyable des technologies de transmission vocale via l'Internet et avec une croissance rapide de l'échange de données .H est nécessaire de créer des produits correspondant à ces développements. Les téléphones mobiles ont été l’un des résultats de ces innovations, qui ont ajouté de la valeur aux systèmes de communication. Ils sont équipés de mémoire, d’une capacité de traitement plus rapide, des interfaces tactiles plus faciles à utiliser et des services large bande plus performants à un coût raisonnable. Toutes ces caractéristiques ont permis à ce dernier de devenir l'un des supports les plus importants utilisés pour transmettre des messages et des informations au public par le biais de diverses applications offrant un processus de communication efficace. Pouvant atteindre les objectifs assignés.
