المستخلص: In light of a broad scientific and technological revolution, the media plays a major role in the cultural, religious, social, and educational upbringing of a child. In light of all this, the cultures presented to the child must be determined through media such as television, video, electronic games or through the Internet. There is no doubt that watching television is a daily practice that occupies the void of young and old and a means through which they acquire information and cultures. Studies have shown that a person is clearly inclined to things that agree with his views and trends. Therefore, the set of the child’s opinions, ideas, and upbringing that work before and during watching television programs determine the way to deal with them, and the style of that way in which he interprets the contents of those programs. Arab television is criticized for the lack of its programs dedicated to children, and the prevalence of destructive imagination and violence at the expense of social values and ideals in its programs. It is also accused of its programs being influenced by the foreign culture and being fascinated by the material aspect of it. The values presented by the programs may contradict Islamic and Arab values, in addition to the lack of interest in linking the child to his local and Arab environment and his Islamic heritage, and the lack of watching educational programs, all of these things will affect his academic achievement. À la lumière de la révolution technologique et scientifique médias larges jouent un grand rôle dans l'enfant culturelle et religieuse et le renforcement social, et l'éducation à la lumière de tout cela doit déterminer ce qui est offert aux enfants à partir de cultures à travers les médias tels que la télévision, la vidéo et les jeux électroniques ou en ligne. Il n'y a pas de doute que regarder la télévision exercice quotidien fonctionne vide jeunes et vieux et un moyen acquérir grâce à l'information et de la culture et des études ont montré que l'homme tend clairement à des choses qui sont d'accord avec ses opinions et des tendances, de sorte que les opinions de l'enfant et de ses idées et de son éducation, qui opère en regardant les programmes de télévision réglés et qui sont déterminés par la façon de traiter avec elle, et le style qui explique la manière dont le contenu de ces programmes. La télévision arabe, critiqué le manque de programmes spécialisés pour les enfants, et la prévalence de l'imagination de côté la violence dévastatrice au détriment des valeurs sociales et des idéaux dans ses programmes également chargés de programmes de l'émotion de la culture étrangère et une fascination pour le côté physique d'entre eux, et des valeurs peut-être contradictoires fournis par les programmes avec les valeurs arabes et islamiques, ainsi que le manque d'intérêten liant l'enfant de son environnement patrimoine local, arab et islamique et l'absence de programmes éducatifs voir toutes ces choses vont affecter la réussite scolaire

في ظل ثورة علمية تكنولوجية واسعة تلعب وسائل الإعلام دورا كبيرا في بناء الطفل ثقافيا ودينيا واجتماعيا، وتعليميا في ظل كل هذا يجب تحديد ما يقدم للطفل من ثقافات عبر الوسائط الإعلامية مثل التليفزيون والفيديو والألعاب الإلكترونية أو عبر الإنترنت. ومما لا شك فيه أن مشاهدة التلفاز ممارسة يومية تشعل فراغ الصغار والكبار ووسيلة يكتسبون عبرها المعلومات والثقافات ولقد أثبتت الدراسات أن الإنسان يميل بشكل واضح إلى الأشياء التي تتفق مع آرائه واتجاهاته، لذا فإن مجموعة أراء الطفل وأفكاره وتربيته التي تعمل قبل مشاهدة برامج التليفزيون وخلالها هي التي تحدد طريقة التعامل معها، وأسلوب تلك الطريقة التي يفسر بها محتويات تلك البرامج. ولقد انتقد التليفزيون العربي بقلة برامجه المخصصة للأطفال، وشيوع جانب الخيال المدمر والعنف على حساب القيم والمثل الاجتماعية في برامجه كما اتهم بتأثر برامجه بالثقافة الأجنبية والانبهار بالجانب المادي منها، وربما تناقض القيم التي تقدمها البرامج مع القيم الإسلامية والعربية، إلى جانب قلة الاهتمام بربط الطفل ببيئته المحلية والعربية وتراثه الإسلامي وقلة مشاهدة البرامج التعليمية كل هذه الأمور ستؤثر على تحصيل الدراسي.
