المستخلص: La réforme du nouveau système universitaire, qui relève du ministère de l'Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche scientifique, vise à clarifier les certificats, les demandes de formation et les disciplines. Cette réforme, qui s'appuie principalement sur le système L.M.D, mis en place à l'université algérienne depuis début septembre 2004, contribue à maîtriser les grands principes et à améliorer la qualité de la formation universitaire. Le système L.M.D est une nouvelle structure basée sur trois degrés: Licence, master, le doctorat qui est la dernière étape de l'étude, comprend six hexagones et est obtenue en fournissant des travaux de recherche toute thèse, est un élément essentiel de la composition ainsi que d'autres éléments qui comprennent l'activité et l'évaluation, les publications, les interventions, et les jours d'étude pour l'évaluation des étudiants au doctorat ainsi que la discussion de thèse. Le doctorat sous le système L.M.D permet l'acquisition de compétences scientifiques de haut niveau, conduisant à un projet de recherche original et créatif. La période de formation au doctorat est une expérience professionnelle dans le secteur de la recherche scientifique, de sorte que le détenteur à la fin de la formation et acquérir la compétence pour mener un projet de recherche indépendamment.

يهدف إصلاح النظام الجامعي الجديد المدرج من قبل وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي إلى جعل الشهادات وطلبات التكوين والتخصصات أكثر وضوحا. إن هذا الإصلاح المبني أساسا على نظام ل.م.د والذي بدأ تطبيقه في الجامعة الجزائرية منذ بداية شهر سبتمبر 2004 يساهم في ضبط المبادئ الكبرى وتحسين نوعية التكوين الجامعي. يقوم نظام ل.م.د على هيكلة جديدة مؤسسة حول ثلاث شهادات هي الليسانس، الماستر، والدكتوراه التي تعتبر المرحلة الأخيرة من الدراسة تشمل على ستة سداسيات ويتم الحصول عليها بتقديم عمل بحثي أي الأطروحة التي تمثل عنصر أساسيا في التكوين إلى جانب عناصر أخرى والتي تتضمن النشاط والتقييم، والمنشورات والمداخلات والأيام الدراسية الخاصة بتقييم طلبة الدكتوراه وكذا مناقشة الأطروحة. تسمح الدكتوراه في ظل نظام ل.م.د باكتساب كفاءات علمية عالية المستوى وهي عبارة عن قيادة مشروع بحث أصلى ومبدع، وتعد فترة التكوين في الدكتوراه بمثابة تجربة مهنية في قطاع البحث العلمي بحيث يكون حاملها عند نهاية التكوين قد أكتسب كفاءة علمية وتقنية في مجال بحثه من جهة، واكتساب كفاءة لقيادة مشروع بحث بكل استقلالية من جهة أخرى.

Reforming the new university system listed by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research aims to make certificates, requests for training, and specializations clearer. This reform, based mainly on the LMD system, which has been implemented in the Algerian University since the beginning of September 2004, contributes to controlling major principles and improving the quality of university training. The LMD system is based on a new structure based on three certificates: Bachelor's, Master's, and Ph.D. The final stage of the study includes six semesters. These are obtained by providing research work, i.e., the thesis, which is an essential element in the composition, along with other elements, including activity assessment, publications, interventions, and study days for evaluating doctoral students and discussing the thesis. The Ph.D. under the LMD system allows the acquisition of high-level scientific competencies and is to lead an original and creative research project. The period of training in the Ph.D. is a professional experience in the scientific research field so that, at the end of the training, the holder has gained scientific and technical competence in his field of research, on the one hand, and competence to lead a research project independently, on the other hand.
