المستخلص: هذه الرسالة ألفها العلامة الطيب ابن كيران بأمر من السلطان المولى سليمان، يسأله فيها عن كلمة: "قال" الواقعة بين رجال سند الحديث ذكراً وحذفاً. فأجاب عنها المؤلف رحمهُ الله تعالى بجواب علمي رصين بين فيه الكلام عن المسألة من جهة الصناعة الحديثية، ومن جهة قواعد أهل العربية ذكراً وحذفاً. فمن حيث ذكرها تكلم عنها من جهة صناعة علم النحو، وصناعة علم المعاني، ومن حيث حذفها تكلم عنها حينما تقدر، وحينما لا تقدر، مستعرضاً في ذلك مذهب الكوفيين والبصريين في المسألة، ومستدلاً عليها بشواهد من القرآن الكريم ولغة العرب وأشعارهم. وفي آخر النسخة؛ ختم المؤلف رحمهُ الله رسالته بأن مرد هذا الخلاف ومنشأه، قلة التدرب في أساليب الكلام، والتمرن بقواعد الأحكام.

This letter written by the scholar «TAYEB Ben Kiran» by order of the sultan (Moulay Sulaiman), asking him about a word: «said» the existing (in mention and deletion) between the people of the sanad of the hadith. (The people of the sanad: the people who are at the origin of the hadith). The writer (peace be upon him) responded with a reasonable and scientific mind, clarifying the problematic from the point of view of the science of hadith, and from another the rules of the Arabic language regarding the mention and the deletion in the hadith. For the mention he based himself on the grammar and the science of the linguistic senses, but as regards the deletion he spoke it on this subject when you can, and when you cannot, referring to the point view of the Delkofa and Basra people, obviously citing evidence from the Koran, the Arabic language and Arabic poetry. In conclusion it is said that the origin of these differences is the lack of exercises in the styles of speech and the exercise of the Rules in general.

Cette lettre écrite par le savant «TAYEB Ben Kiran» par ordre du sultan (Moulay Sulaiman), l'interrogeant au sujet d'un mot: "à dit" l'existant (en mention et suppression) entre les gens du sanad du hadith. (Les gens du sanad: les gens qui sont à l'origine du hadith). L'écrivain (paix sur lui) a répondu avec un esprit raisonnable et scientifique, mettant au clair la problématique du point de vue de la science du hadith, et d'un autre les règles de la langue arabe en ce qui concerne la mention et la suppression dans le hadith. Pour la mention il s'est basé sur la grammaire et la science des sens linguistiques, mais en ce qui concerne la suppression il l'a parlé sur ce sujet quand tu peux, et quand tu ne peux pas, en se référant sur le point de vue des gens delkofa et du Basra, bien évidement en invoquant des preuves émanant du coran, de la langue arabe et de la poésie arabe En conclusion il se dit que l’origine de ces différences est le manque d'exercices dans les styles du discours et de l'exercice des Règles en general.
